    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

    Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    Generally, I think we as Brits are far too relaxed about poor service. I make appoint now of publishing the quality of service I get from large providers - AA & Argos - generally excellent. Lloyds: awful. TalkTalk: poor. EE: got a lot worse recently. Paypal & Ebay - usually good.

    @plusnethelp Already cancelled now as service was fire. Why have you taken live chat offline and failed to honour promised call backs and disregarded messages sent on the account. It's so bad, I'd even use talktalk above your company in future. Shame as used to be ok.
