@DonJoewonSong @TalkTalk they said i never ended the contract and continued to use the service. i provided the letter with TT confirming the end of contract and i provided proof i had moved house 2 days after ending the contract and even gave proof of getting BT installed.

@TalkTalk Hi, our internet is down in Aberdeen and your website won't let us sign in due to "technical issues". How are we supposed to resolve this? The storm wasn't even bad up here...
