Not one full day of internet for 10 days and no help whatsoever from @TalkTalk , hours wasted on the phone just being left on hold for 40 minutes, partner and I not able to do any work for days... supreme 👍🏼

@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

Please, if you are looking for a broadband, avoid @TalkTalk . They’ve done nothing but causing problems and distress. I’ve been without internet for a month and a half thanks to them, meaning I haven’t been able to work and get payed, haven’t been able to eat in ages. Trash

Does anyone how to actually get through to a capable human at TalkTalk as we are trying to get phone repaired for elderly infirm person. TT keep saying it is fixed but it isn't! Going on months only intermittent service. Many calls to TT & online 'chat's TT just lie -HELP

@TalkTalk No thanks, that was a couple of years ago. But, to agree a contract on Uswitch and then renege on it by telling the customer immediately afterwards to cancel it and sign up to a more expensive one is surely very wrong.
