@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@TalkTalk No thanks on Saturday I wasted the whole day answering the same questions asked by your employees! your employee asks me for two hours about how the light on the router lights up, then he realized that there really is a problem, and after two hours he served me that a technician+

@TalkTalk so instead of booking my house move, your staff have made a new account. I phoned and you said you would cancel the other account. This is not the case and now I have supposedly missed 3 payments which has been reported to the credit reference agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last week a salesman from @TalkTalk knocked on my door. He asked if I'd noticed them digging the road then pointed to where Cadent are currently replacing the gas pipes on my street. Having opened with a blatant lie he went on to tell me how TalkTalk's bad reputation is outdated.
