@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk Is there a number I can call when I am back at home as I have had to leave the house to head into my office I can tell you the hub is flashing orange and clear for 5 mins then just goes orange this isn't the first time I have had issues your service isn't consistent

@TalkTalk I cannot get through to anyone from your customer service team on the phone. The online assistant cannot help and recommends calling but the phone line cuts off as it starts ringing, any advice??
