Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

@UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

@TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

@WeAreOpenreach have been causing huge delays in my switch from @SkyBroadbandd to @TalkTalk. It has now resulted in my original service being switched off by Sky. Sky are blaming TalkTalk. TalkTalk are blaming Sky and Openreach. I'm left with no service. What can actually be done

@talktalk, they are very good tricksters this company, they promise you a call back the next day, after you've wasted 2hrs of your life trying to get through to them and asking to solve your problem, they even give you a time slot!! Problem is, they never phone you back!!

@TalkTalk Silidile stated that TT cannot help me with a problem regarding Outlook! I don't have a problem with Outlook; I have a problem with TalkTalk blocking my access to Outlook through your site! My e-mail is with TT but my contacts & diary are Outlook through TT.

@crimsonavenger @TalkTalk For gods sake, don’t ring the Talk Talk technical department, you’ll get more help from a cat. My router went down and after about 7 calls to the thoroughly useless tech dept, I called the complaints department and they sorted me a new router instantly!!
