    @Riksmithuk @TalkTalk It’s never been great but today was unusable. I had to go out tonight but have set aside three hours tomorrow for them to explain how they’re going to put it right or give me an exit route from the contract.

    @OpenreachHelp our ISP talktalk told us you disconnected us from their network because there was a request to join a different provider. This is incorrect and neither myself nor my flat mate have requested this, and we are in contract with talktalk until May. What’s happening?

    @talktalk #telephone #talktalk appalling service from Talktalk customer service. If you have a phone fault be prepared to call them over 26 times and keep reporting the same thing over and over. They usually sit in silence until you hang up. I stayed waiting for 19 mins in silen

    @TalkTalk My internet has been down since @ 4pm. I logged the problem through customer services online. When I sign up to my acct, it says the fault is being investigated. In the meantime, I have no landline service nor TV (fire stick) I’m having to use my mobile data as 1/2

    @TalkTalk I've been without internet since 1st September when you mistakingly cut me off. You were suppose to fix it 3 times now. The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

    Really disappointed in @TalkTalk WiFi just stopping working at my grandparents today, leaving them isolated and getting pretty stressed when they don't have any other way of getting online (no smartphone etc). Customer service by email which grandma obviously can't access.👎

    @TalkTalk 2/2 wifi too weak not working well. How long must I wait for proper service to be restored? Also, ‘health check’ seems to find no internet/broadband problem in my area! Please investigate ASAP!! Thank you.

    @TalkTalk day 9 no service. Engineer call this morning tells me it's now working. Get home and guess what..it isn't. Dreadful service.

    @TalkTalk Internet has been down in Buckie for hours now, seems to be an issue on your end rather than the router Checked everything, cables, the router itself, everything seems fine - Please sort it out

    @TalkTalk I finally got through to someone and they confirmed theres a problem with the network and I wont have any internet for at least 3 business days. At least I'm swapping suppliers at the weekend.

    @TalkTalk Thanks, but I talked to someone yesterday who said there's a national delay on the @geteero routers, so they've shipped us a non-eero alternative. Might arrive tomorrow. Disappointing, but we can wait (we have the slow @EE broadband still up and running).

    Nearly 48 hours no broadband. Wasted time waiting at home for no engineer to arrive for their planned appt. Online chats ending without notice, same for telephone calls. Someone leaving me on hold then the service closing and not informing me. @TalkTalk this is awful service!!!!

    @TalkTalk Just to note a resolution, after 10 days of constant line tests and being told it was in our property, engineer came to check and said the network switch down the road wasn't connected... might try switching your process to check everything is plugged in first? 🤔#ITCrowd

    @TalkTalk Switch away from TalkTalk confirmed. Bye bye. Your abject failure/refusal to resolve persistently recurring broadband outage issues in #Moray (going on for many months) has just lost you another customer. Good work👍.

    So @TalkTalk call again different person and I can get rid of the said parcel, address removed etc. 2 minutes later there is an enginer buzzing on my door to put in a ******* line. You could not make this **** up!
