Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk my WiFi is down yet again and trying the phone line multiple times gets me nowhere, it just says to call back in a couple of hours and hangs up. Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

@sharonkaursamra @TalkTalk We moved to our new house on the 17th of December and we’re told that we could only have a data service because everyone was being switched to fibre and Talktalk didn’t do a VoIP service and could we manage with our mobile phones. Unfortunately the mobile coverage is hopeless.
