Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

@IrelandDouglas @TalkTalk I’m sorry you’re suffering but it helps to know I’m not alone. After a 3 hour phone call yesterday and an 18 hour Titter conversation, not one TalkTalk person (despite being lovely) seems able to help or escalate my (very basic) issue. Maybe a letter to the Chairman would help?

@CathiHickford @TalkTalk Same happened to me. And they sent me a router. Had to faff about and cancel the engineer via their terrible customer service and now they want me to return the router, but they don’t do collections. Shocking. Think I’ll send them an invoice for my time
