@TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

@TalkTalk can you explain me why I received a letter from your company telling me that someone had contacted your company telling them that they were moving into my house and wanted to have your broadband etc to no knowledge to me then you contacted my provider to cancel

@TalkTalk Yet again broadband less than 1mbps last night. After spending 1 hour on the phone trying to get it fixed, I was cut off again at 7pm, now closed. Yet again terrible customer service that we all pay for! Will try again today to contact them and have another go. SORT IT OUT!
