Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TalkTalk O really u day here to HELP Well like I said 8 days ago my 80 years mum stuck in doors on her own no phone or internet since 20 feb SUPPOSED to send someone Saturday ( rang sat AM No couldn’t come not enough engineers GOT TO wait now till 8 March YOUR SERVICE SINKS 😡😡

@TalkTalk hi, we've had really slow broadband speed for months if not years. It's never been adequately sorted by yourselves. You sent an engineer out and without notice charged me £100. He said we needed a new router. Never came. I chased and it has come now. Speed much improved.

One good thing for both Vodafone and TalkTalk though, given that neither have stellar reputations: I have had zero problems getting through to them on the phone in the evenings which presumably is peak. I was on hold for about 2 minutes tonight, think that's the worst I've had.

Much like that TalkTalk qt the C/S agent is really nice and helpful and apologetic. Always makes me feel bad for people taking the flak for inadequate systems, and makes me think about how the system I work on could make our C/S team's lives easier.
