@TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

@VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

Just got fobbed off with an email link from @TalkTalk regarding my devices not connecting to the new. The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

@TalkTalk I received an email inviting me to renew my contact. It included the Amazon pack. I clicked the renew button and was told I'd get confirmation in 4 days. That's now passed and I've heard nothing and nothing new showing in my account. Help

@GiantsGee @NOWHelpTeam Gareth, if you still got the talktalk router it can easily be reconfigured to work with NowTv/Sky. I've done exactly this because the flat design of the NowTv router gives poor WiFi coverage. If you want a hand I can send over some instructions.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup @MoneyTelegraph wow £148 taken from my 83 year old mothers account for an engineer - who came to look at why she has fiber with a download speed of 2 and upload of 0.98! Engineer said Problem is with BT open reach as engineer found fault with BT line.

@TalkTalk I will be trying again tonight to try and get a deal possibly sorted. I just like to offer my feedback that this whole thing is a mess. That said, I know you are an ISP, and due to the lack of competition there doesn’t seem to be a lot of desire to provide good service.
