A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

I've attached my issues with them so far - in the hope that someone will finally be in touch to try and sort this out. Only 6 weeks before I can go to the ombudsman about how poor the treatment has been. Avoid talktalk if you can folks, they do not care about their customers.

I will everyone, please please don't entertain @TalkTalk to provide you with internet! Its shockingly unreliable, they are not in the least bothered so long as you keep paying, and then when you dare to switch provider they've the cheek to be rude, narcissistic and abusive!
