Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@virginmedia Thanks KF-better this morning.Sadly we moved from a 100% fault free Talktalk to a regular issue Virgin.Sometimes the service is down and often much slower than Talktalk.Not sure what to do other than go back to TT?

@TalkTalk shocking service last night when fibre customers across Scotland had no broadband for 7+ hours. No info on website. Unable to log in to report a fault. No answer to calls. Tweets met with "DM us". Things go wrong, yes - acknowledge issue, apologise, fix and COMMUNICATE
