Her internet hasn't been working for a week and we've called the automated line but no one has got back yet. She's in the vulnerable category and we need to get her back online. The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

Iโve never tweeted but canโt see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. Itโs crazy not being able to work from home when youโre told to work from home. A failed businessman who treated his workers like dirt. He kept the profits from his stores rather than investing in them, crucially in IT. Dido failed to invest to keep her customers safe.
