@Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

When @TalkTalk miss-sell you fibre broadband, disconnect you from all internet access (4 people WFH including 2 KEY WORKERS) send wrong engineers (try to charge you for the pleasure of doing so) and 4 days later you’re still waiting for someone to give you some slow broadband😭😭
