A failed businessman who treated his workers like dirt. He kept the profits from his stores rather than investing in them, crucially in IT. Dido failed to invest to keep her customers safe. As a former TalkTalk customer I never had secure email.

They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

If I leave they will charge me ยฃ60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay ยฃ60 installation. New package nets them ยฃ120 #broadband

I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.
