    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup hello, can someone help! Broadband still not working after 2 very long hours yesterday evening on phone to customer services, was told it would be fixed by midnight! Letter sent to customers with wrong info and no customer comms. Very dissatisfied

    He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    @TalkTalk Had a msg off you saying my order was rejected due to no appt being available.This was on the 5th April.They said they would be in touch in 48 hrs..It’s now the 20th.If this is how you treat prospective customers I can’t imagine how you treat existing customers.
