    @TalkTalk Not really. After waiting weeks to find out talktalk isn’t available in my area after a system error, I now have to wait to cancel my subscription because of yet another system error.

    @TalkTalk Seems to be working now. But recently on many occasions I get Red light & I pull out router power plug & push it back in. Service is becoming patchy at times

    @TalkTalk can you explain me why I received a letter from your company telling me that someone had contacted your company telling them that they were moving into my house and wanted to have your broadband etc to no knowledge to me then you contacted my provider to cancel

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to contact you regarding a fault with my YouView box. Your customer service number does not allow customers to get through direct to actually talk to somebody. I’ve given you my number for a call back and still no call back.

    Utterly useless service from AOL/Yahoo/TalkTalk yet again following my complaint reference the breakdown/failure of their systems. So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

    @TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

    @IrelandDouglas @TalkTalk I’m sorry you’re suffering but it helps to know I’m not alone. After a 3 hour phone call yesterday and an 18 hour Titter conversation, not one TalkTalk person (despite being lovely) seems able to help or escalate my (very basic) issue. Maybe a letter to the Chairman would help?

    I now have @TalkTalk asking me to give them a screenshot of my bank statement to show them when I paid for my service from them. What a shocking company. Not too long now though, we have a change over date to a new service provider.

    Why am I paying full price to talktalk for a second rate service, I have no working wi-fi, they have after 1 week repaired faulty email, with no bill reduction for this issue. Still no wi-fi for 4 weeks, still no compensation for a poor service

    @TalkTalk what on earth has happened to your service? It’s impossible to resolve anything with bots, and you send people round in a disingenuous loop with your advice to contact talk talk help. This is limited hours and confined to not/chat agents on scripts. Hopeless.

    @TalkTalk Your online chat support should have record of the issue. You time out the conversations very prematurely and then have to start the whole preamble again. This has been happening all week and the error message directs to a phone number and website both of which are then closed.
