The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

A failed businessman who treated his workers like dirt. He kept the profits from his stores rather than investing in them, crucially in IT. Dido failed to invest to keep her customers safe. As a former TalkTalk customer I never had secure email.

Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. In the last 2 days I’ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. I’ve now cancelled and switched to BT.
