    @talktalk #telephone #talktalk appalling service from Talktalk customer service. If you have a phone fault be prepared to call them over 26 times and keep reporting the same thing over and over. They usually sit in silence until you hang up. I stayed waiting for 19 mins in silen

    @OpenreachHelp our ISP talktalk told us you disconnected us from their network because there was a request to join a different provider. This is incorrect and neither myself nor my flat mate have requested this, and we are in contract with talktalk until May. What’s happening?

    Just got fobbed off with an email link from @TalkTalk regarding my devices not connecting to the new. The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    @NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.

    Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

    Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.

    @RunnymedeTrust @GoodLawProject She reminds me of Philip Green. A failed businessman who treated his workers like dirt. He kept the profits from his stores rather than investing in them, crucially in IT. Dido failed to invest to keep her customers safe. As a former TalkTalk customer I never had secure email.

    Really disappointed in @TalkTalk WiFi just stopping working at my grandparents today, leaving them isolated and getting pretty stressed when they don't have any other way of getting online (no smartphone etc). Customer service by email which grandma obviously can't access.👎

    @lynnescarfe @TalkTalk You should NEVER have an email address linked either to your internet provider OR to your phone provider. Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

    @TalkTalk We renewed our contract to fibre 35 last month and selected the offer for a free Amazon Gift then got the email several days later to select an item. It then said we will receive a code to redeem the product but we still haven't and are wondering if you could help.

    Comedy continues, phone call the call centre said they would make did not come, I got this instead. Terrible time wasted 3 days running after this. Have I no rights? @TalkTalk @BBCWatchdog

    @TalkTalk After 10 minutes he’s still not came back so I ended session. Surprise when I then go back to original offers they’re all gone and only option to stay on same package, strange I think. Was willing to upgrade but now after 10 plus years as talktalk customer it’s time to change

    @TalkTalk What a shock no Internet yet again. You still won't replace my faulty router, yet the fact I keep recieveing marketing emails to tempt into signing a new contract is a joke. Why would I want to be tied to a company that has the worst service I've ever received? #useless

    @TalkTalk internet is not working at the Plymouth uk area it says dns server cannot be found I am waiting for reply and there’s no reply what’s going on? Please have this fixed ASAP as I need the internet for my studies for uni

    Absolutely shambolic service from @TalkTalk. New broadband customer - everything set up on Tuesday then mysteriously cancelled the following day. Nobody in customer service has a clue how to resolve. So here we are, without broadband, but presumably still being charged.
