Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

@Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

@TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk I have tried on 2 separate occasions to get an engineer to fix my internet connection over the past 2 weeks. Your customer service is not fit for purpose....both times I have been cut off from your online chat. 30 mins each time ...nothing has been sorted!

@TalkTalk 3 days to get someone to look at why I have no internet is unacceptable. Not getting any luck with live chat to be able to lodge a complaint. Only choice to spent hours on the phone to get the same result. Just the push I need to finally ditch TT and go somewhere more reliable!

@TalkTalk awful service from talk talk. Upgraded me to a broken router. No Internet for 3 days. Monday call cut off at 7 agent obviously hung up. Tuesday rang told me at half 6 no point getting into it as finish at 7. Today no call back as promised. Had to go into office no WiFi

@TalkTalk I have been unable to receive any emails since Monday pm. I have been on to tec support and they tried telling me there was no problem. They have now "escalated" it and I have to wait up to 3 working days to have it resolved. This is a absolute joke. What is the problem @TalkTalk
