    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    Hi @BBCWatchdog I received an appalling 'service' from @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp. They came to install Full Fibre internet on 28th December, drilled holes and hung boxes & cable, only to find that the pole is not connected to the exchange and left with no further info.

    Genuinly don’t think I’d recommend @TalkTalk to my worst enemy. Been awful customer service since day 1. God forbid you try to talk to them like a human. Think they train them to basically be 🍆’s. Not to mention if they owe you money your in the wrong 😑

    @DuurtyDon @TalkTalk If they carry on with your contract they have to send pre contract information u have over one year to cancel if they have not done tbat. the rights change. A new contract u have a 14 day cooling off period. They use ***** tricks by not answering or putting phone down

    @TalkTalk you have the worst customer service. Took ages to get my broadband back on line, engineer came out and I’ve been wrongfully charged for them to come out. Told yesterday that I’d have the £65 removed from my bill and 36hrs later you’re still charging me. Useless.
