Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Online search says there's no issues but it's down over a wide area. At least support the people who pay for this service correctly.

If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband
