A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

This time the #Fake @HMRCgovuk are calling from a @TalkTalk number 0203 759 5523 - and is routeable; same people answering the number as are calling from it. @Ofcom should slap fines on telcos, especially if the network does jack to disconnect the fraudsters.

@TalkTalk you have the poorest customer service in the world. I have been without telephone and internet for 4 days now and you still have not fixed the problem. You send an open reach engineer who refuses to come into the property and then try to charge me £65 for a failed appt?
