@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

@TalkTalk been overcharged, refunded for that overcharge and then...you guessed it overcharged for the same thing! Tried to resolve but call centre staff were too busy playing tennis with my life passing me from billing to tech support..and back again...and back again!
