    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK If that happens I'll just cancel my dd and accept a number change. I don't understand how one of the biggest broadband companies don't have the technology to move their staff to home working and continue operating.

    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @TalkTalk Many of us are working from home and rely on a stable internet connection. You are still yet to indicate what the problem was/is and it leaves a large quantity of your customers in doubt as to whether you a a suitable service provider

    Hi @TalkTalk It's now officially been one whole month without WiFi... Your customer service has been terrible your complaints department is awful and we've been left jumping through hoops to get your attention to get the problem solved. Not good enough.

    @TalkTalk my partner's gran is isolating alone and is 86 years old. Her internet hasn't been working for a week and we've called the automated line but no one has got back yet. She's in the vulnerable category and we need to get her back online. Any help would be appreciated.

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @TalkTalk On the day, you had a large number of people in East London including vulnerable people and key workers trying various ways to get an indication you know of a problem in the area. Your Twitter continued putting out automated posts but didn't acknowledge the problem or help us.

    @TalkTalk Had Future Fibre fitted 4/4, worked ok for 2wks, now won’t connect. Line test says it works=it doesn’t, complained last Sun= sent a new cable for router =STILL not working, now what? I wfh & am losing income every day until this is sorted 😠I didn’t even ask for fibre BB!

    @TalkTalk We have been charged £25 for leaving talktalk. He haven’t left, we’ve transferred to cutyfibre still with talktalk. Husband has so far spoken to 6 different people about the charge, being constantly transferred. He was then cut off. He has been on the phone for an hour. So poor.

    @TalkTalk Second morning in a row waking up with no Internet, reset twice to no avail. Paid for faster fibre weeks ago and never had a higher speed than 69mbps (same as pre fibre) fantastic as an asd mum who relies on it for her entire TV, devices and SEN child routine!

    @TalkTalk since starting my plan with you in sep 2019 there has been non stop issues. from the service being unavaliable till january 2020, then the almost daily issues since then of internet either cutting out completely or becoming so slow its unusable.
