@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

Mum in law had letter from @TalkTalk asking her to update her contract up,a customer for years but only a £42 a month broadband & calls is available. Over 2 hours trying to sort, been cut off several times but finally guy said even he didn’t understand. We’ve gone back to BT!

@TalkTalk we’re now on day five of no internet. The engineer said it was a fault with the box outside and we were promised it would be fixed on Monday. However, no engineer has been to site since Friday. Right now you are not providing a service that is fit for purpose.
