I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.

Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !
