    @TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

    @sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

    @TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup hello, can someone help! Broadband still not working after 2 very long hours yesterday evening on phone to customer services, was told it would be fixed by midnight! Letter sent to customers with wrong info and no customer comms. Very dissatisfied

    He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

    @TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

    A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk could someone contact me about broken broadband please. Spent 2 long hours on the phone last night, told it should be fixed by midnight....still issues. Also letters sent to customers have wrong info in them

    @Luke_Drage @TalkTalk Type 192.168.1.1 on an internet browser, login to the router using the admin password that's on router and look for DNS, change from automatic to Google, but there are others like cloudflare and opendns that are decent

    @TalkTalk Gosport near portsmouth no internet all day. Cant get in touch with anyone and service centre network status only gets update at midnight? Come on this is shocking and seems no ones on hand at all. Terrible
