    A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk - Raised a complaint of slow speed and disconnection, customer care advise if you have fault then we will compensate. OpenReach engineer identified the fault and fixed. Now TalkTalk is saying that they will not compensate. REP-11198858 #BycottTalkTalk
