Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
