@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

DM’d and now being advised to call for support. TalkTalk disconnected the web chat earlier leaving us with our master socket front plate removed as requested. Why do we now have to go through the same questions all over again to get to the same stage of diagnostics?
