@loulouhope @TalkTalk Getting ghosted on the Twitter DMs too and they close at 22h00. Been trying to get this sorted since 18h00, first the phones kept me on hold until their 'hometime cut off' at 19h00, now zero help via their own alternative options. Time to switch providers 😑

@TalkTalk I've been without internet since 1st September when you mistakingly cut me off. You were suppose to fix it 3 times now. The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

Really disappointed in @TalkTalk WiFi just stopping working at my grandparents today, leaving them isolated and getting pretty stressed when they don't have any other way of getting online (no smartphone etc). Customer service by email which grandma obviously can't access.👎

@TalkTalk ...or if the customer sets up a contract elsewhere. But good to know it’s not policy. @TalkTalk absolutely the worst ISP in the U.K. avoid at all costs. Even when you DM them you’ll just get sent on a wild goose chase.
