@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

@TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

@TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

@sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

@PaJaBuzz I pay @TalkTalk for a service called Fibre 65 but the small print says they'll actually only guarantee the minimal service of 29 Mbps. That's all I've ever had and now they can't even manage that.

@paulwallsend @TalkTalk Paul - I don’t do many away games now although I will be at Spurs and City later BUT I really have total respect for guys who’ve had 14 years of absolute garbage home and away. I did most aways for about 11 years so they deserve success and enjoyment.
