    @talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

    @stfujahn @odekul @nolkeD @M1dKn1gh7 There’s already universal service obligations in place and market based regulated pricing at postcode level for Openreach - ofcom has done a relatively good job at keeping things in check - and when they don’t talktalk and sky have taken them to court because they suffer the most

    @TalkTalk I have been getting less than 1Mbps of internet (paid for super fast fiber broadband) for the past week. And this is actually the 4 times since July I experience the exact same problem. I've requested an engineer appointment and it was never accepted.Any hope getting this fixed?

    @Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet I've switched from BT to Sky to Plusnet, never had any issues or gaps in service I assumed the *** from openreach just rocks up and moves the cable about at the exchange/box on change over day

    @TalkTalk Definitely the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. Keep telling you to use online solutions when your Internet is not working. Customer service is nonexistent and not sure they even know what it means😨😨😨

    Finally got through to the @TalkTalk full fibre team. Apparently their chat function doesn't work on Firefox so had to use Chrome. They say they've cancelled the new contract (I have a PDF of the chat) but not seen this show up in my account yet.

    @TalkTalk hi, I moved to a house where you couldn’t provide the service so I cancelled my contract, you asked me to send my equipment back before the 19/10/22 but it’s been at least 4 weeks and I’ve still not received the bag to return the old router, what do I do? Thanks.
