@VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

@kimkimmy650 @TalkTalk I wondered what had happened.I'm in Dalry and I checked the web via mobile and seem to be quite aa big one.. Thing is, Talk talk internet is using BT openreach cables so if a cable is bust, TalkTalk can't do anything other than call BT to fix it... Nevertheless, it still sucks.

@TalkTalk I was told on Monday that the problem would be rectified by Friday its not,phoned today to be told there is a major outage and it will not be repaired till the 20th-23rd January, this is the first we have heard of this.

@TalkTalk are an absolute joke. My 80 year old nan has been without a landline (her only way of communicating) for over 4 WEEKS! God forbid anything bad happens to her at home and she is unable to contact anyone or contact the emergency services. Absolute shambles. #TalkTalk
