Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.

@TalkTalk - so despite touching nothing I can receive NO aerial tv channels. All connections checked and rebooting makes no difference. Not the first time I have had issues with service.. Sort this out @talktalk or I suspend my payments to you.

@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

@Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

@TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

@TalkTalk Unable to make outgoing calls since 13th Jan. So many phone calls, online chats, 3 different engineers (2 from Open Reach) & a DM on here. Still nothing. Open reach engineer found the issue on 2nd Feb told TT but TT still not fixed it. Useless company dreadful service

@TalkTalk Hi Gerard, yes we do have a big problem (which we've emailed & phoned about numerous times over the years) & in fact were just discussing over lunch, to ditch TalkTalk TV as we're so fed up with it occurring. We have an intermittent problem with service dropping out inexplicably.

@TalkTalk internet goes down and you say 2-3 days to fix. Terrible service. I rely on Wi-Fi calling as I have no mobile signal.
