Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

Mark Bright (@MarkBright1982) reported from Maidstone, England@TalkTalk Internet speed when connected isn't the issue, it's more that for significant periods of time the internet light on my router is either red or off rather than green - so during those times the speed is 0 because it's not connected.

We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.
