    @TalkTalk Internet speed when connected isn't the issue, it's more that for significant periods of time the internet light on my router is either red or off rather than green - so during those times the speed is 0 because it's not connected.

    I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

    @TalkTalk awful company trying to help my elderly nan with a problem with her line can’t even call wanting to text considering she’s an elderly venerable customer and needs to helps awful customer service who’s can we switch to for telephone home line in London

    @TalkTalk unbelievable that you can leave 2 vulnerable adults without a working phone and not send anyone round there. Don’t bother replying as I’m switching my service

    @TalkTalk 3 different times over the past 2.5 weeks. It's sorted out now by your chatbot/agent service but the link in the email doesn't work and that seems dodgy.

    @TalkTalk I have been sitting for more than an hour trying to fix the issue with our fibre because apparently our order has been cancelled for no reason. Usually I don't have that much problems with your service but this is acc getting a bit annoying.

    @RiotBadger @TalkTalk Talk talk were so awful when we had them as a broadband provider, I wouldn't have them for free, the terrible, slow and frustrating tech support is not worth the stress.

    @TalkTalk It would be really helpful if language barriers weren’t an issue @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup It’s never an issue dealing with non-UK call centres if language isn’t a barrier. But some of your staff barely strong a comprehensive sentence together.

    Real talk, @TalkTalk are garbage. I've had a MAXIMUM download speed of 4mbps for about a month. I can't stream, I start a new job in 2 weeks and it NEEDS to be fixed. Looks like I'm giving @virginmedia a call tomorrow, time for change.

    Closed my late Dad's account with @TalkTalk last December. Now I receive a letter from solicitors saying I owe £207! Disgusted! I thought their service was poor at the time, but this has reached a shocking new level.

    @rich_houghton @TalkTalk I have little time in the evening to do what I need to do uisng the Internet but the last week I'm up until after 2am trying to get it done as its so slow, on one minute then off again. I'm getting annoyed now and tired!! Hope yours gets sorted soon.

    So once again, @TalkTalk claim to be sending an engineer to fix the internet that has been down for WEEKS, but another no-show. Time to get the ombudsman involved now, I think
