    I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

    @TalkTalk your call centre is a disgrace. No phone or internet for a month. You’ve left an old man down badly.Perhaps get people who could speak/understand English sort out the issue.Thinking of going to #talktalk don’t! #customerservicerubbish

    @TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

    @TalkTalk Nope switched to @SkyUK who can provide a great service instead of your company who can’t leaving a elderly pensioner the way your company did is a disgrace

    @TalkTalk Hi there, I'm troubleshooting wifi problems on behalf of my aunt who does not speak English very well. She says her wifi disconnects often when in the bedroom, which I guess is natural as it's upstairs on the other side of the home. 1/2

    completely fixed but it obviously wasn’t because since then my connection has been lost 11 times (once of 19 hours) and the BT box is still broken & on its side. Yet @TalkTalk are trying to tell me it’s - cont. #TalkTalk #Southsea #Weareopenreach 3/5
