@TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.

@TalkTalk , despite paying over £100 on mobile data and still paying monthly debit to talktalk for non existent service, they say no compensation, thank god my kids weren't studying for exams during those 2 months, would have been impossible to pay all the extra data

@TalkTalk , pretty sure other dissatisfied customers have the same problems when trying to get on touch with talktalk. So, they are saying 3days between any complaint has been dealt with,well what about 2months?They don't seem to be able to understand 2 months without broadband?
