    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

    @amazon version of helping is sending the same link like 6 time even when I say its not helping or useful. Why not have better customer service @TalkTalk have better customer service if they can do it I'm sure you can.

    @TalkTalk why do I constantly get fobbed off and cut off on phone with CS and managers trying to fix my internet! This is not on and I'm royally p****d off with talk talk now and looking to contact the ombudsman over the services of lack thereof!
