@TalkTalk you really are terrible! Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! BT have already confirmed there is no fault!!! No wonder you are so cheap! 😡

I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

@Edinburghgurl @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp New installs do take a bit of time to settle down & find an optimum speed but if the engineer has left it should be up and running by now. I'd do three things, check to see if you can see the router on your WiFi on your phone - if so it may be you just need to reconnect ur phone

Me n mum have WiFi problems no internet coming through for 2 or 3 days but lights are all green on the router all that time and we have to use all our mobile data got no WiFi in the house we are in Edinburgh EH11 I am on my mobile data just now @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp

@TalkTalk we were supposed to receive our new router for you future fibre package on the 23rd or March. This still hasn’t arrived and our existing internet has been cancelled leaving us with nothing. This is not good enough. What are you going to do to fix this
