@TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

@talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

Talktalk customer service. Waste of time. One issue going through all dif staff and still not resolved. Lots trying too. More queues on phone. Rediculous. One issue should b sorted then closed. Vodaphone sort it out. One person. Done. Talktalk. Dont seem 2 solve anything.hassle
