    @TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

    @TalkTalk I have since spent three hours on various online chats with your technical support and got nowhere. They have arranged for a home visit but it seems from other tweets that I am not the only one with this issue .

    @TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk having problems with missing channels, particularly Freesports and BBC Four HD and Quest HD .Guide suggests channel retune but this doesn't help and neither does rebooting internet. Help please!

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

    @TalkTalk - so despite touching nothing I can receive NO aerial tv channels. All connections checked and rebooting makes no difference. Not the first time I have had issues with service.. Sort this out @talktalk or I suspend my payments to you.

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @TalkTalk hi, signal keeps dropping in and out on the WiFi and the phones state check phone line. when connected I try a website on mutliple internet providers and the page comes up saying the site can’t be reached and an error message Err _ssl _bad _record _Mac _alert appears.

    @AlihuttonPipes @virginmedia I had it for 10yrs+never an issue (had internet & tv) Yet, had NowTV, EE & TalkTalk in past couple yrs + OMG sooooo spotty!! (&…..mega SLOW!!) Meanwhile, up on Croft had virgin & BT; BT bn awful+virgin surprising! maybe it’s all about the areas & also the pre-existing tech 😵‍💫

    @TalkTalk Really frustrated with the lack of support when trying to solve the issues of my Internet dropping out. I thought you were open until 10pm last night but as soon as it was 9pm my conversation became one sided. This has been going on for weeks.
