@TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

@accountingetc TalkTalk broadband website has the 'due to Covid' disclaimer, yet customer services is phone based like any other company. Most are working from home anyway. They should have 'our phone queues are currently 40 minutes because Mabel hasn't finished cooking dinner yet'.

Never had any issues with @TalkTalk until last week. A mistake their end has meant I've been without internet since Wednesday, and their customer service is atrocious. It's making it really difficult to work from home on my mobile hotspot.

@johncrayment Her track record alone should be enough to disqualify… talktalk scandal and test&trace is an absolute farce. The ONLY reason they would give her a job is if they want it to fail, and hard. Her loyalties also tied to NHS failure (husband for example) @didoharding is a disgrace!

Absolutely appaing customer service from @talktalk. Elderly, vulnerable Mum with dementia left without a working phone line, hence no emergency fall alarm, since Friday evening. Meant to be escalated Saturday due to vulnerability...

@TalkTalk Hi, my day would be better if I could actually work from home. 72 hours resolution time still isn't acceptable when your service has been awful. I am not the only customer with this issue, which suggests this is not an issue with my line. What is the actual issue here?
