    Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.

    Continually frustrated by @TalkTalk and its inconsistent service and performance. Have today purchased a freeview recorder to replace their box and will be actively looking for new broadband provider.

    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    Just got fobbed off with an email link from @TalkTalk regarding my devices not connecting to the new. The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

    @NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.

    @TalkTalk also your customer service is non existent. Been promised call backs twice this week and not heard a thing. Plus im still paying for Internet that ive not had for 2.5 months. Joke of a company

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Go elsewhere. I did after they were hacked for data and I have been pestered by foreign call centres ever since. Unreliable signal.

    @TalkTalk loads of people with no WiFi in RM15 but your telephone service agents haven't got a clue about it. Online search says there's no issues but it's down over a wide area. At least support the people who pay for this service correctly.

    Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

    @TalkTalk I've been without internet since 1st September when you mistakingly cut me off. You were suppose to fix it 3 times now. The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

    @TalkTalk Hi Ian, after speaking to another person we were told the issue with now tv and @TalkTalk is an ongoing one & it has to go to the manager and then the back room who look into it for people, it’s so frustrating as switching from now tv to talktalk should have been simple .

    @ledo105 @TalkTalk @netflix Hi Leah, mine was fixed by switching and unplugging the eero router from the wall. And rebooting. Not sure if 5/10mins is enough, but they advised 30mins. And that did fix it for me.

    @TalkTalk I don’t think that’s going to do any good, Jessie. Apparently my copper broadband is still active, just not working. Faster Fibre Tech keep passing my to FTCC, who say they can’t help, then they pass me to Faster Fibre. I’ve had enough.

    @TalkTalk @PaulWilding6 We’ve had a similar problem, activation link didn’t work, they sent a new one which when clicked on said it had timed out and are now unable to send another one so it has been passed to the manager and back office to deal with.

    @TalkTalk It was the bereavement department that I first contacted who told me without his account number I could not cancel the internet. So he has to pay for eternity does he? This is absolutely ridiculous.

    Hi .@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup what is wrong with your customer service? Called them 4 times and it keeps disconnecting. Nobody bothered to call back. This is disappointing, unacceptable and very bad experience.

    after talking to them and looking at the @TalkTalk tweets and replies, methinks I’m not the only one having issues with their Now tv. Hope you can get it sorted please @TalkTalk p.s the staff we spoke to were very nice,

    @TalkTalk I cannot believe that in your reply to my DM you are still asking me for his account number. I DON’T HAVE IT. I have a death certificate that shows his name, address and date of death. Why is this not enough to be able to locate and cancel his account?
