Letter sent to customers with wrong info and no customer comms. Very dissatisfied

Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now.
