@TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

@drooperscot @TalkTalk I have never heard a positive story about @TalkTalk. Their Customer Services are legendary in being the best example of how a company should NOT do customer services. Cancelling a contract for a legitimate reason should not be that difficult.
