Online search says there's no issues but it's down over a wide area. At least support the people who pay for this service correctly.

Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me ยฃ75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
