    @TalkTalk - so despite touching nothing I can receive NO aerial tv channels. All connections checked and rebooting makes no difference. Not the first time I have had issues with service.. Sort this out @talktalk or I suspend my payments to you.

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk You are overcharging my father-in-law - absolute joke when you can’t get in touch! Signed him on a new contract without him really understanding & now we cannot get in touch at all 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Phone lines are not open at the moment. Terrible customer service!!!!

    @TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

    @TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

    @JackieJ40969592 @TalkTalk We have done that after the cancellation period 21 days after that ee rang the cancellation number of talk talk but at end of November they was asking for the new bill of the full-fiber but no router was posted to us or any connection to the network.

    @JackieJ40969592 @vixx_taylor @TalkTalk I spoke to consumer help line. They said they have breached contra t under common law and we should write letter to head office to complain. I think we all need to combine and do a super complaint and also take it to media level as they are taking the mick.

    @JackieJ40969592 @vixx_taylor @TalkTalk Apparently they forgot to process the cancellation and the rude women from overseas call center I need to go through cancel form again and now they scheduled it for 4 weeks again! I'm not even living there, they are a disgrace .

    @TalkTalk Complaint reference is CMP-354352 if you want to look in to it but like others have said what’s the point? Talk Talk have not shown any interest in my issues since May so what is going to change
