The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please
