@TalkTalk having problems with missing channels, particularly Freesports and BBC Four HD and Quest HD .Guide suggests channel retune but this doesn't help and neither does rebooting internet. Help please!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

@TalkTalk I have had no broadband since 30/12/22. Openreach have been unable to fix the problem. Talktalk have no idea what’s going on, so I made a complaint, and for the last 2 days have been promised a phone call between 4 and 6 which has not happened. Rotten customer service Talktalk

@TalkTalk Don't go with these guys you will regret. I have been trying to get rid of them since November, despite countless calls, hours on the phone, disconnections, poor reception, passed around dept's, shameless social media team who just send you back to the call centres. It's hell.
