@Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

@TalkTalk hi, I’ve been having problems with the internet connection to my devices at home(phone,tablets) the connection works for my Amazon fire stick.I’ve tried turning of my devices and resetting the Wi-Fi on the devices but it connects without internet.Any ways to solve this?

@OpenreachHelp As I said my provider @TalkTalk are no help at all, but it's your engineers who have failed to turn up for appointments. And if they don't arrive in the next hour and forty minutes, they'll have failed to show up for another one. That's your responsibility.
