    @talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @talktalk #talktalk I am astounded. No Internet for the 4th week day and the customer service is a recorded message saying they are closed due to the virus!!

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk Oh I dont need help anymore ty, I cancelled with TalkTalk almost 2 weeks ago and since then general quality of life has went up by at least 40%. It feels good to not be overcharged for a service I'm not getting in the first place :)

    @TalkTalk what absolutely poor poor service. Left a small business without a phone line for a week at their busiest time of the year. £1000s lost in business and excuse after excuse given. No redirect service offered though requested and no compensation.

    @BenjaminHouy @Kirsty_Hulse @TalkTalk Ah got ya. Yeh, I've registered interest with them from our address but I've done this with about 6 other providers in the past before and it's never come to us (Plymouth). Broadband provision in the UK is abysmal - even after all these years...

    @TinSoldier1 @Grippo77 Have you asked whether Sky or TalkTalk will offer FTTP instead of BT? Sky were good for me for years. I used to work at TT and despite them having an awful rep, the customer satisfaction scores for FTTP were markedly more positive than there FTTC and below offering.
