I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

@TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

Worst service with @TalkTalk ever. Wifi should have been connected on 25th, router arrived 7 days late after chasing up and it's still not working. Being told an engineer will visit on 9th November. Need to cancel my account ASAP.
