@TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

Never, EVER get Sky internet. They are the single worst Internet provider I have ever seen. Go for something like Plusnet or TalkTalk, don't fall into Sky's money-grabbing trap.

@TalkTalk I’m having issues with my router. Every couple of hours I lose connection to wifi then the Ethernet loses connectivity and the only way to resolve is to power off and then on again. Been happening more regularly as the week goes on

@TalkTalk probably the worst customer service in the world. Working from home with poor internet after BT made new joints and cut us off briefly. All you can get is someone reading a nonsense script in the Philippines, you can’t speak to UK customer service. AVOID these clowns!
