@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

@TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

@sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

@25z2 @TalkTalk I mean I guess you probably see the worst of it. The problem I have is I have 1000 users working remotely, give or take… without an RMM tool, I’m blind, with an arm tied behind my back. It feels like a blunt instrument to solve a precision engineered problem.

@TalkTalk Hi Rico, thanks, I get that remote access software is being used for that too. But you’re the only UK ISP doing this to my knowledge. The scammers will simply use another solution - logmein rescue, GoToAssist - do you block these too?

@TalkTalk Utterly dreadful service as usual, 3pm and constantly losing service, down for longer than it’s up. Trying to work here!! Add to that I was supposed to be having my bill reduced and it’s still high. Worst company ever.
