Customer service by email which grandma obviously can't access.👎

To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.
