Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!
