Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

After finally speaking to CEO complaints team it's obvious Talk Talk feel they can offer customers with a genuine complaint a sweetener and continue to operate in a spurious manner with no Ofcom repercussions.
