@TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

@Twitter @TalkTalk I have an odd issue with video playback on Twitter. Using a phone, laptop, or desktop through my TalkTalk wifi, I cannot play back videos on Twitter. Videos on other sites (Insta, YouTube etc) work fine. If I connect to mobile data, Twitter works fine. Help?

@TwitterSupport @hopwas2010 This issue is widespread. Do a search for “Content is not available” and you will see a large volume of UK users, generally with internet from Virgin Media or TalkTalk, experiencing this is the last few days. Appears to relate to content filtering, so may be DNS related.

@TalkTalk It’s now a week since I’ve been able to access the internet. A problem I was told was to do with my phone line and would be fixed by last Wednesday. It was not. I tried calling but unable to get through. This is not acceptable. Is anyone able to properly address this?
