    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    @charliehalkett @TalkTalk They're awful, you should switch away from them ASAP if you can. Some providers like BT will buy your contract out, if you switch to them, if you're lucky. :)

    @TalkTalk Just to let you know (yet again) I have no WiFi again although my router shows 4 green lights. It shows that the WiFi so slow that the html basic can't even load.

    @TalkTalk I've now had no phone or internet since 30/10 contacted your support 8 times by email, 4 times by chat (several hours spent) and 5+ time by phone. Engineer came to site, BT booked twice, waited, never showed. Do I have to sue you to get you to do your job?

    @TalkTalk was promised when I signed up that there would be no exit charge as I informed your team member i was moving house in the next few months. Rang up today to cancel he told he lied to me and that there is an charge of £130. Never coming back.
