@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

Pretty dire customer service from @TalkTalk following an unexplained internet issue today. Phone lines won't connect despite website saying 'open 24/7', and live chat less than useless. A very good job that my internet contract comes up for renewal next week!! @TalkTalkGroup
