@UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

@elacha123 @DPJHodges Look at the #didoharding #talktalk scandal .... The official call centre was handing customer details to the scammers next door! I'm wondering when the #NHS typing will be taken back in house? Normally takes some severe malpractice payout to force them to do an about-face

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

The @talktalk box I was promised has not been delivered. The router I was promised has not been delivered, not even ordered by the company. Three phone calls over two hours and two weeks. Problem still not solved. No internet and a sub standard tv service. Not good
