    @TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

    Is there a company with worse customer service than @TalkTalk ? Probably, but they're definitely in the bottom one.

    Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

    @TalkTalk you are the worst WiFi service provider in the entire solar system I still have had no contact from any of your customer service. As soon as my WiFi is fixed I will be terminating my contract.

    @TalkTalk There is no sign of Now TV I ordered on 8th July . Support first told me 1st August , then on 2nd Aug I was told a e mail invite had to be removed from my account and resent to me within ,5 - 7 working days No sign yet, what's happening?
