@TalkTalk O really u day here to HELP Well like I said 8 days ago my 80 years mum stuck in doors on her own no phone or internet since 20 feb SUPPOSED to send someone Saturday ( rang sat AM No couldn’t come not enough engineers GOT TO wait now till 8 March YOUR SERVICE SINKS 😡😡

Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TalkTalk My fancy new fibre line stalls every evening without fail at 10.01 pm. It’s not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

@TalkTalk It’s not your fault - a friend had a @virginmedia salesrep lie to him in his house and sold him a package claiming they would pay to end the contract with you. Unfortunately they never held up there end of the deal and he is now in a contract with virgin that he can’t end! #sucks

@unfortunatalie As it's @talktalk that have messed up can't they supply a free 4G mifi until it's fixed? If it's really going to take them two weeks you might as well try a few ISPs with a better service record and see if you can move to them.
