    It’s like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m sure others have pointed it out but: Dido Harding is best known for presiding over huge data breach at TalkTalk - and now facing huge data issues at Test and Trace. IT does not seem to be a strong point.

    Remote support for a friend’s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hour’s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as it’s used by scammers.

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @jayrayner1 @virginmedia Over priced and rubish company! Whats the point in paying that silly high premium if their service is bad and then no one to help fix it. You are better off with talktalk or plusnet - decent service and it wont cost you and arm and a leg.

    @_LukeWhiting @Schmell_DeCoffe @OriginBroadband I firmly believe they have enough LNS', overall TalkTalk host links and capacity to cope... but it seems imbalanced and incorrectly managed. If the network as a whole shared all host links and transit, it'd be a much better service.

    @TalkTalk Been happening since May. In July an engineer came to do something, just replaced the micro-filter. Didn’t help! I contacted you via chat and still nothing has been done to fix it
