@TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

.@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk Are there outages in B68? Internet has been ‘tetchy’ for the last 4 days, with frequent loss of connection. Even failing to connect with TalkTalk help pages now. Impacting on my ability to work from home as a doctor seeing patients remotely. 😕

@TalkTalk I having troubles with it since the day they installed the line the 2nd Niv but your costumer service it saying this is the reason? How long this gonna last? But in the engineer machine worksed fine. He said probably the router was faulty wrong... So what I suppose to trust?
