    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

    @TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

    @TalkTalk we’re now on day five of no internet. The engineer said it was a fault with the box outside and we were promised it would be fixed on Monday. However, no engineer has been to site since Friday. Right now you are not providing a service that is fit for purpose.

    @TalkTalk Chat support horror. Connection drops out in middle of day. I report. They test now and tell me it's fine. It is fine now, but it wasn't then. Seems that it is not possible to understand this. They suggest maybe it's my laptop? *Face to hands*

    Having so many issues with @talktalk have wasted 90 minutes on the phone to them and they just keep blindly transfering me to other departments - I can't even cancel!

    @TalkTalk Almost every day - the same thing. Internet drops out for 5-10 minutes. Hard to work with this. Come on talktalk - please fix this. Getting the runaround with tech support.

    @TalkTalk I did that's why I've said 1-0 to me. Horrific help from the twitter team 4 agents and had to repeat myself EVERY time. It should be 1 agent per individual case not whoever is free deals with it. Beyond ridiculous, no wonder TalkTalk customer service was voted the worst. IT IS!!
