@TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

@TalkTalk I'm in Worcester and you posted a service issue with CityFibre that should have been sorted by 5pm today. The issue has gone from your website now but I still can't get an Internet connection. Restarted router the Restarted ONT and router, still no connection.

@Ofcom Picking our pockets. Virgin Media putting up broadband bills up by 26% BT, EE, TalkTalk, Virgin Media O2 and Vodafone hiking bills by 14%-17%. Inflation (CPI) is 10.5%; wages down in real terms. It is corporate robbery - Govt.Ofcom doing nothing.

@TalkTalk Just had my son call me to asking for help. He's been trying to close his broadband acc with you since November but keeps getting passed on at your call centre and then cut off. All the while you're taking his money from his account. Who can sort this out pls?
