    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    Just got fobbed off with an email link from @TalkTalk regarding my devices not connecting to the new. The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

    Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

    Dear Christ, @TalkTalk. What a **** show joining you as a customer has been. Engineers not showing. Not moving main service. GUARANTEEING a minimum speed of 100mbs, when I’m actually getting 3mbs!! Live chat doesn’t work. Wife has been on a call to you for almost two hours! ARGH!

    @RunnymedeTrust @GoodLawProject She reminds me of Philip Green. A failed businessman who treated his workers like dirt. He kept the profits from his stores rather than investing in them, crucially in IT. Dido failed to invest to keep her customers safe. As a former TalkTalk customer I never had secure email.

    @TalkTalk My fancy new fibre line stalls every evening without fail at 10.01 pm. It’s not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

Untill i get that i dont go away. I have every day night weeks if they want to go down that root. Wi put peopleoff. Oh well

    @TalkTalk We are getting an independent company to get all information from the line and router as it shows restrictions in place. You are still wanting payments on time! What do we get when you don’t provide a service

    @TalkTalk Day 5, no Internet and no contact from the customer service agent I was told would call within 48 hours - 120 hours ago. Its OK though,....don't worry,.....I'm not disappointed,......I knew better than to actually think it would happen. You suck!

    @TalkTalk talktalk. Have not been honest. People rung up to cancel their service. ***** tricks not doing it. Some were with new provider. Money took out of their accounts. Some old mayb struggleing and talk talk do that. Could of left them over drawn. My contract ended 31 dec22

    If u r thinking of useing talktalk check reviews trustpilot facebook others these people have experience of talk talk dishonesty. Not ending contracts while asked. Then chargeing. The reviews r there to help u decide on best company with good customer service. Not stressing u
