Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

I've never understood why people shout at customer service people. I may be absolutely incandescent at @TalkTalk but it's not like Jill in the call centre decided to up prices, break contracts, and launch a giant campaign using an outdated and faulty IT system. Stay strong, Jill.

@DamselinDemand @TalkTalk Touch wood I've had no problems with the service- it's just the hike in price I object to. All the big firms seem to be led by how many new customers they can gain through special deals. Existing clients don't appear to be a priority.
