@TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we can’t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

@TalkTalk We’ve got the activation email and so far It’s more trouble than its worth, we’ve only ever used sky through talk talk or now but it thinks the sports subscription is through sky, if I’d known it was going to be this much hassle we wouldn’t have bothered! #unhappycustomer #hassle

Email has been hacked and people in my address book being asked for money. Passed all security questions and now told 72 hours for a password reset and up to 24 hours for the account to be disabled. The damage the scammers are doing is ridiculous @TalkTalk
