    @TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

    NEVER EVER switch to TalkTalk under any circumstances. They are rotten without a proper customer service hotline or technical support. You will regret switching trust me.

    @TalkTalk so frustrated lack of support and service. Customer in cooling of period. Now moving to @SkyUK but @talktalk talking rubbish. Even engineer told me they don’t know what they are going!!!!

    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

    .@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

    @TalkTalk just to say after 2 months, 3 new order, 3 credit checks, dozens of welcome emails, hundreds of calls and 3 cancelled orders that no one in your busniess can explain, in desperation to become a Talk talk customer, I'm going back to BT. You are simply the worst company!

    @TalkTalk absolute terrible customer support. I have had the worst experience of my life trying to get tech support to sort a major **** up. Spent at least 12 hours this week trying to sort out non working fibre connection and still I have problems.

    What @talktalk do not do is fully comply with #gdpr regulations... They dont provide you with the web history and whatsapp messages you send over their network, which they definately have, because one former director was passing on my browsing history and whatsapp messages...

    @TalkTalk @harryjms Talk talk are crap got switched on yesterday work perfect now it is off and they expect me to wait 2-3 days for an open reach engineer to sort issue called talk talk they didn’t have a clue what kind of service is this

    @TalkTalk simply the worst telecoms company in existence. 3 orders cancelled for no reason, 2 months of being told 'we can't help' and today, I've totally given up trying to become a customer. Well done for being the most inept business in the world, you must be super proud!

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk after 63 days with no internet because U put an unlawful restriction on my line. still waiting for my compensation that is promised but never sorted. 10 complaints and not 1 call back . I will post daily until someone calls and sorts !

    @TalkTalk My mother has had people out on 3 different occassions on behalf of TalkTalk to connect her to City Fibre, they left the last time without telling her anything, and she still is not connected. The internet she has with you is so poor it doesn't work in the next room

    @TalkTalk Hiya, got connected 2 months ago, broadband worked for 2 hours then disconnected and never came back, the chat in my account either drops connection or transfers me, but then doesn't transfer me, and today I can't log in to my account because of a technical problem.

    @TalkTalk it's disgusting the way you treat customers I've had my install today but I've had no welcome pack sent to me so don't know my account number been on hold on the phone someone answers then the line goes dead you're amateurs horrendous service
