@TalkTalk my WiFi is down yet again and trying the phone line multiple times gets me nowhere, it just says to call back in a couple of hours and hangs up. Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@sharonkaursamra @TalkTalk We moved to our new house on the 17th of December and we’re told that we could only have a data service because everyone was being switched to fibre and Talktalk didn’t do a VoIP service and could we manage with our mobile phones. Unfortunately the mobile coverage is hopeless.
