@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

@Ofcom @TalkTalk Hey @ofcom just to update you - talk talk have offered me £9 compensation for 11 days without internet due to their error. They have broken your rules and the responses have been error after error and they think £9 is acceptable. Please take note this is how they treat customers.
