I'm posting my problems with TalkTalk to emphasise my point that the railway social media teams are ahead of not just other transport modes but other industries. The e-mail problem affecting me began at 10.00 on Friday. It finally appeared on the TalkTalk service site 45 min ago.

@TalkTalk Becky. This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

@MartijnRasser @volkskrant @Huawei Glad this is news. When Huawei boxes embedded in BT’ s broadband network for DPI to inject relevant ads into people’s browsing (#Phorm) it took an appeal to the EU to get it stopped. TalkTalk users browsing went back to China as was that source of replays.

When @TalkTalk miss-sell you fibre broadband, disconnect you from all internet access (4 people WFH including 2 KEY WORKERS) send wrong engineers (try to charge you for the pleasure of doing so) and 4 days later you’re still waiting for someone to give you some slow broadband😭😭
