The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

Angus (@Angus_02) reported@TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinson’s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. 👏
