Bit frustrating!

Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

Ran line test and problem at exchange that must have occurred this morning. Text from you says 2-3 working days to fix. Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

Other companies totally understandable given the circumstances, hardly able to understand English, good riddance to you!
