@TalkTalk spoke with one of your team yesterday over an issue currently having with my Internet dropping out, and was told an engineer would be out today between 8am-1pm but no sign yet. Are you able to update me on this??

@OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

@TalkTalk guess what me again. So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Are you actually going to fix this issue?!?

@TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

@TalkTalk are you able to help get this fixed again. Had an issue with my Internet connection couple weeks ago that you said you'd send someone out to have a look at, since it was an issue between an exchange and my address, but it's now not working again after being fixed??

@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

@WeAreOpenreach having issues with my modem for my talktalk wifi. DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

@OpenreachHelp can you give @TalkTalk a number to call you so they can update me on the Basingstoke issue? They can't call you, all they could do was book an engineer for you to then review the request and hopefully you'll realise the issues linked and call me with an update.

@TalkTalk was persuaded to get fibre (sent many emails texts) it wasn’t explained properly and now trapped into only being able to get full fibre expensive deals. Less providers available on full fibre. Putting in a complaint to ofcom that poorly rolled out at consumers penalty.
