@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

Fuming! @TalkTalk have kept me on a live chat for an hour trying to sort out my Mum’s phone line which has gone down and she needs access too urgently. After all the back and forth they’ve finally said they cannot sort it out without her authorisation to send an engineer! 🤬
