Had an issue with my Internet connection couple weeks ago that you said you'd send someone out to have a look at, since it was an issue between an exchange and my address, but it's now not working again after being fixed??

So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Pratab Ali (@pratab_a) reported@DrMarianaClaire @TalkTalk I left talktalk in March 2025 best decision I made. Price increase £35 for 75M. Moved to Vodafone £25 for 150M. Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.
