    @TalkTalk Hi, my emails have stopped sending using either webmail or my iPhone. On my iPhone it says my password is incorrect. Retyped it in and error still remains. Can you help?

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @TalkTalk I have to say trying to contact you being that I’m a new customer is SHOCKING. How are you to want new customers when we can’t even contact you. Something wrong with an order but no information. Shocking and disgusted.

    @TalkTalk terrible internet connection for the past few hours. Very erratic, on and off connection. Wife cannot work again. Line test says “a potential problem”.

    The issue is affecting a number of TD residents and impacts those who don’t have mobiles. Still no service for those in the High st. Let’s hope it is sorted soon. @TDResidents @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk hello. Our internet connection has been intermittently poor since yesterday. My wife is working from home and it took her ages to upload and download work yesterday. Very poor.

    So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

    @TalkTalk My WiFi has been down since yesterday. After speaking with an online agent this morning it was referred to @WeAreOpenreach as a fault outside my premises. I have had no further update and WiFi is still down. Can this be resolved please

    @TalkTalk trying to arrange Power of Attorney for an account and it’s more complicated than it was to arrange it with the bank! Can’t get hold of anyone to speak to and your form for this is very poor!
