    @TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

    @TalkTalk you are an disgrace I called today to complain my inlaws phone line has been down for three days, 3 days ago you promised to transfer their calls to their Mobile,today you promised the same and still it has not happened these are shielding and you have failed them again

    @TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

    @TalkTalk Requested to make a complaint directly after being constantly put on hold and getting absolutely nowhere. This is not the first time. Customer service back in April/May was the worst I've ever experienced. Disappointed is an understatement 😭

    @TalkTalk appalling customer service - you've left my disabled mother with no broadband for 5 weeks now & engineer not visiting for another 2 weeks. Shameful, how would you feel if that was your mum? Let's hope she doesn't have a fall in the meantime.

    @TalkTalk I pay for service from talktalk. I need reliable service, as I use internet for work and study. If I need the help I go to people who taking my money. I don’t know what you resources are. I know My money are always paid monthly on the same day, and all I get in return is nothing
