    @TalkTalk Hi, my emails have stopped sending using either webmail or my iPhone. On my iPhone it says my password is incorrect. Retyped it in and error still remains. Can you help?

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk I have been with them a short while and lose access every night. In their highest Fiber deal and it's just as bad. Now sitting 50 mins with no internet and they state no issue found. I work from home at times and it's so frustrating. Wish I could cancel this contract

    My home wifi hacked. Need to change the password but am away from home. Been trying to sort this with @TalkTalk for nearly 24 hours now. Conversation online going nowhere - my neighbour has tried to help following their instructions but can’t do it. Tried to call really unhelpful
