@TalkTalk absolutely awful... cancelled back in April, told not to pay the final bill by the lady on the phone as I didn’t use the service. Didn’t pay it. Then charged me a bloody late payment fee and are asking for the payment plus the late payment fee... infuriating #talktalk

@charlottes1993 My advice is stay away from @TalkTalk They made it so difficult for me to leave after 2 years of terrible broadband. I would like to say hopefully they have improved after my letter to the CEO but clearly not!
