    @TalkTalk hello. Our internet connection has been intermittently poor since yesterday. My wife is working from home and it took her ages to upload and download work yesterday. Very poor.

    @latoyaestella @TalkTalk @virginmedia and Sky’s customer service are better and no drops of speed I hear. That’s who I’ll be going to when I get rid of this rubbish (TalkTalk)provider and their service!

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

Just lie after lie not interested in getting it back k up and working, contracts work both ways, not getting what we pay for we will leave

    @TalkTalk been having repeated connection loss issues for probably just over a week now. Usually between 6pm and 7pm then it's fine. From about 5 pm yesterday it's been non stop. On for 5 mins off for a couple of mins etc etc

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve tried and failed over 8 months to cancel my contract with TalkTalk. Every time I call their premium rate no I’m passed from pillar to post until eventually I have to either move on to something else or am passed back to where I started. Any ideas?

    @kelefc I had to as I moved to a non fibre cabled area. Yes there still are those! Choices: 60mb bt, talktalk or sky. Choose Talktalk and tbh it is pretty stable, slow somethimes, but stable.

    @TalkTalk it gets worse. Sent a link. Advised that no one can call from the tweet account or unable to pass my DM details to a human with a phone. They are sending me back to the online form been on that 5 times with no success. If this is how you treat your customers shame!

    @TalkTalk shocking service. No land line or internet for 7 days disconnected In error by you . My constituents have been unable to contact me and I have been unable to work. Shameful behaviour by agents and their line managers. Will visit your offices today to see a human.
