    @TalkTalk I still have no Internet. Been 6 hours now and not one person has responded to me. I tried calling customer service and they told me they can't help and will send an engineer at my cost..... but no answers.

    @TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @arvochasm BT fitted the phone line wire so poorly I had to sort it out for them, I cut the wire to a good part of the cable as they crushed it soo badly with a staple gun. I been on talktalk maybe 2 years now has cut out couple of times but its not stupid amounts.
