    @TalkTalk are you able to help get this fixed again. Had an issue with my Internet connection couple weeks ago that you said you'd send someone out to have a look at, since it was an issue between an exchange and my address, but it's now not working again after being fixed??

    @TalkTalk Any idea why when the router for my business isn't working and I've been on the phone for almost an hour, the best your guys can come up with is to 'turn it off and on again'? Then to top it off you put me on hold, then hang up!? Terrible service!!

    @TalkTalk guess what me again. So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Are you actually going to fix this issue?!?

    Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

    @TalkTalk Ongoing unresolved complaint getting my email account fixed asap since 8 December 2022. Please can my complaint manager call me tomorrow asap after 4pm I was due a call back today never received the call. customer service is extremely appalling.

    @WeAreOpenreach having issues with my modem for my talktalk wifi. DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

    @OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

    @TalkTalk cont... The resolution seems fairly obvious to me: new free router, refund on the add-on I've been paying for additional speeds that I've not been getting. Plus an apology might be nice. Which I explained on the phone, only to be cut off.

    @TalkTalk I'm expecting a house move to complete today, how long should I wait until the broadband is working again? My router has had a DHCP lease since just after midnight but still nothing. Also you 'chat' service after a line test on your website isn't working.

    @talktalk After many years of great support and help, I'm very unhappy this morning. 2.4ghz home network was producing under 0.55g. 5g fine. Phoned. 1 hour on the phone. Told I wasn't get the speed I was paying for. Lots of tests. Told to wait and it'll get better.

    @TalkTalk Yeah thanks, I’ve already read that. Know I have to ring so they can try to convince me to stay. No equipment to return I’ve never been sent anything and my end of contract date was 2007. Very frustrating that it just can’t be cancelled without that hassle

    @TalkTalk Shocking customer service. Unable to contact you via email or live chat or via phone. Chasing for a code for a ring camera that we were meant to get as part of us upgrading with you. How are we meant to get in touch! Imagine if it was an actual complaint! 🙄
