I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

Refuses to allow you to speak with senior staff or request call back. Hangs up on you when you question their policies. @CISASUK
