    Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    Credit where it's due @TalkTalk have phoned and apologised and taken full responsibility for the problem I was having on Monday. They spent 2.5 hours refusing to believe it was anything other than me at fault I couldn't see one particular website.

    @TalkTalk I have been waiting 7 months to get internet..and I am no nearer to being connected. The process so far has been painful, with false promises, false starts and the most shocking customer service. The point of my message is to implore anyone to reconsider using Talk Talk

    @zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

    @TalkTalk Hi, we’ve been without internet for 24hrs, we’ve followed all the steps on the website and can’t seem to get in contact with anyone to get it fixed. Can you please advise as your website is saying there are no issues in our area!

    “We completely understand that the entire planet is WFH during a literal pandemic but we think it’s reasonable to ask you to wait 30 days for us to sort out the problem with the service you pay for whilst you’re trying to educate children” what an absolute joke @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk My wife has an LPA for my sister who has severe dementia & now does not even recognise her own sister. Now after a year of trying to sort her account TalkTalk our proposing we telephone AGAIN and spend hours & hours getting no where, please we need help.

    @TalkTalk Totally Rubbish Company. Customer service non-existent expected call back at 2pm today 2hrs 40 mins later the phone barely rang, our original number is lost. They are intent with not dealing with problem, using every trick in the book to get out of their obligations

    @TalkTalk I called on behalf of a voter in my ward today who has no landline service due to a fault. It’s his lifeline as mobile service is so poor where he lives! You told me it would be fixed today, it’s not! You’re closed now! C’mon you must do better for the vulnerable

    Rubbish service from @TalkTalk had an upgrade 6 weeks ago and still not actually received the parts that were needed! And tonight everything is so slow it's easier watching a film on my phone than it is only TV 🙄 why am I paying for this?!
