@TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@talktalk thank you to the operator yesterday for fixing the long-standing issue I have had with my fibre connection. The fix was: T line profile… then reset to another subset of the T profile. What a difference having someone on the phone who listens and then thinks!

@TalkTalk I just need someone to send me a new router. Please. It's been 4 hours on the phone, doing the same thing over and over. I've a background in network systems. It's 100% a router fault. Not even discoverable. People lying in your customer service department about how things work.
