@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk @CityFibre This Friday will be 7 weeks without Internet in my house. Why? And when will it be fixed? The last I heard someone came to fix it but brought the wrong tools, but didn't think to come back with the right tools. What is going on ????????????.

@talktalk @TalkTalkGroup almost 3 hour live chat, 4 different agents in 4 different departments and still unable to resolve my issue. This after an hour live chat 2 weeks ago assuring me it would be resolved today! No ownership zero customer service! #newproviderease

@TalkTalk How do I raise a complaint with someone who A manages the complaint rather than passing me to 5!! Different departments, B doesn’t make me go through security 5 times, C is based in England, D doesn’t hang up (get cut off) and E doesn’t take an hour to get through too??
