    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    Been paying for 5 months for Fibre 150 with @TalkTalk to be told by an engineer after 6 visits that I don’t have it and talk talk offer £5:37p compensation for a package they never installed after me paying for it for the past 5 months 🤪

    @amyforrest26 @TalkTalk Hopefully they compensate you for the poor service. @skytv don't always have the best Internet but their communication & Customer service is pretty good.

    Has anyone else been subjected to this @TalkTalk scam? First they emailed me out of the blue saying they were sending me a FREE new router. Now I’ve been billed £50 for a new router with no warning. And they’ve had no human-staffed customer service since the start of the pandemic
