    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    Be careful if you sign up with @TalkTalk for broadband and don’t use landline.Before your contract ends they’ll start charging CallBoost at £14.50 per month despite you never agreeing to it. Having told them they cancelled and only gave me £7 back. Underhand practice

  • LynHill_8 Lyn Hill (@LynHill_8) reported

    @TalkTalk By asking me to raise a complaint about your poor customer service during a bereavement. How you are shirking liability due to the fact I could not notify you of the death of parent 1 last year because they used online banking with no paper statements?

  • lindseyjoanne Lindsey Barton (@lindseyjoanne) reported

    @TalkTalk Yeah your internet. Crap

  • merlinfulcher Merlin Fulcher (@merlinfulcher) reported

    @TalkTalk I need to urgently change the passwords on the wifi/router and I’m away from home and have been trying to do it online for over an hour with no luck. Please could you call me on 07762241183 as I need to know what damage they could have done.

    @TalkTalk the Internet completely down it has been for an hour when will it be back?

  • BrianMcL6 BrianMcL (@BrianMcL6) reported

    @TalkTalk Other than cancel the appointment which was never actually needed in the first place. And using a noreply for the appointment booking - very very sneaky.

  • NagaArchitect Śubhanāga (@NagaArchitect) reported

    @merlinfulcher @TalkTalk I was having these issues with Talk Talk, it was an easy fix, switched to BT 👍🏻

  • losul Lynne O'Sullivan (@losul) reported

    @TalkTalk Customer Services assured me that they would ensure I was not charged for non-return of my router but I have just received a bill for £50. I can't return the router because I haven't been sent a return label.
