@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk That’s a laugh! Terrible service from Talktalk! No internet in YO31 area since 7pm last night! Been on the phone and chat line since 9am this morning. Have to wait 2-3 days for a new router, if that actually is the problem? In the process of changing to Virgin Media!

@TalkTalk I've been trying to cancel my account with you for 6 months. You keep charging me and refunding me but still it goes on and on. Why are you so pathetically incompetent?

@TalkTalk Response from Customer Service: The records on City Fibre's side were incorrect, and the network had not been fully connected. The update has only just come through this morning at 11am, you will be contacted by someone from our Full Fibre Orders team in due time.

Just has some door to door sales people for I think it was @TalkTalk trying to get me to sign up for something and give my bank details on the doorstep saying they aren't setting anything up and I can cancel but they need my bank details. Sounded suspicious to me.

No one has explained how I was able to order the service when I clearly am not able to receive it. No one has given me any options on what I am able to do, now that my current provider is going to be cancelling and I work from home. BAD SHOW @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk yes, it's not the browser, it's an issue with my account as it's not recognising the password. Also says too many attempts and that I need to contact talktalk.
