@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

@TalkTalk No I did but was simple told to call but I'm pay as you go and you's damaged my property I didn't damage yours so you's should be contacting me not the other way round I'm not even one of your customers but its OK to do this to people's homes.

I don't f-ing believe it. My @talktalk broadband has gone down again. It's totally unreliable. Every time they 'fix it' it collapses again. Utterly ridiculous, I shouldn't need to waste so much time with them... they don't seem able to operate an efficient service. @TalkTalkGroup

@virginmedia You can see all my call logs to ask you to transfer the number from TalkTalk, you didn't do this they charged me for an extra month. I logged a complaint you told me a complaint wasn't logged. You told me someone would call me they didn't. You have nowcharged me until end ofMarc

@TalkTalk so I rang the mobile department today for a replacement SIM card. Operator couldn’t understand me so I spoke slower. I then got TOLD! To shut up a second while she tries to understand me! Upon questioning her words I got told to **** off & the phone put down.

@TalkTalk you need to allow flexibility. This is a ridiculous situation to be in, especially when I only owe you a maximum of £2.28. surely someone at @TalkTalk can re-issue the bill or press the button to send the final bill. Rather than going in circles like this.

@TalkTalk seams to be a dns se4rver problem for me for anyone else with no internet try changing to 1.1.1.1. dns server a quick google on your phone will give you easy to follow instructions on how to setup it up as a alt dns server
