@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@LukePe46 @TalkTalk We are in the same boat! Told a load of lies to convince us to switch - regret not checking reviews beforehand. Heading back to sky pronto suddenly their mediocre service doesn't seem so bad after dealing with Talk Talks horrendous customer service team

The Letter did not address any of the issues CS worse than useless &Loyalty. ?Cisas? Tks

@TalkTalk Number you gave is a Lie another one I have tried it and it is the whoosh sound ='s non functioning tel number. I have multiple valid complaints: Never resolved I do not believe you at all that there is not a direct CEOs tel number, TT just disgraceful @CISASUK @ComplainingCow

@TalkTalk had an engineer here yesterday to fix the internet connection as it has been on and off for months.. and guess what? The internet is OFF again!! Shouldn't be paying really with the absolute useless service.

@TalkTalk Internet is down. Tried to troubleshoot but no help. Ran a line test and they said to contact you but no customer service is available/open!!!
