    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    Absolute Joke @TalkTalk 3 weeks without internet at home. Fobbed off by staff telling me what I want to hear. Have been given 3 different excuses today what the fault could be. 20 days on and now even more confused.. maybe you could help @BBCWatchdog

    @TalkTalk I am not a talk talk customer therefore have no talk talk account to log in with but my provider goes through a talk talk cabinet hence issues as something is locally wrong thanks for the response hopefully rectified soon

    @TalkTalk having issues with WiFi ..was sent new router ..same issue ..if I plug in line directly it works need help. Without WiFi for 2 days not great.

    @TalkTalk Internet down again in Barry, South Wales. Happened all too often recently. Also miraculously coincides with getting daily phone calls to offer a new service as my contract runs up in a couple of months.

    @PassportAndPix @virginmedia Virgin are so ****. I had nothing but problems with them and had to take them to the ombudsman for my complaint. Got £100 out of the bastards too. Changed to talktalk and then didn’t have an issue

    @TalkTalk This is a serious - and, for TalkTalk group, embarrassing matter which needs fixing urgently. You’re welcome to check out my qualifications if that will help you understand the urgency of this situation. And your tech people can call me if they don’t understand why it’s wrong.

    @TalkTalk Jo, Yes - if you can reach out to a senior network tech. Somebody there made changed to your zone file yesterday (24th) - but forgot one of the most basic rules on the internet. As a result a LOT of Mail from several other networks is failing to reach your customers.

    @TalkTalk Even prior to the exchange outage, why do many #HNT Helium Network hotspot miners have problems receiving /sending packets thru you?
