  • RM_C_ Rebekah (@RM_C_) reported from Witney, England

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

  • bigdamo Damian Haywood (@bigdamo) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@TalkTalk Hi I think it is a WiFi problem as ethernet works fine. It is a @TalkTalk router. I have rebooted it and all lights are working. Indicating all is ok. Please help!

  • BSAttwoodUK Barbara Sue Attwood (@BSAttwoodUK) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@ollyffp @TalkTalk Very annoying. The team at Talktalk gave me some good hints. Some of them will help whatever company you are with. Remind me to pass on once this is sorted. #stopscammers

  • BSAttwoodUK Barbara Sue Attwood (@BSAttwoodUK) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@TalkTalk thank you. We will join as the more of us resist these horrible people the better. We presume many of them are ex-employees or friends who have scammed our names and numbers. #scammers

  • BSAttwoodUK Barbara Sue Attwood (@BSAttwoodUK) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@TalkTalk Will look at it to see if it would help further. We bought a special phone earlier this year that gives us the ability to screen and block #s and it has helped reduce the calls. Worrying thing is they are automatic and use threats. Am sure they will intimidate many customers.

  • BSAttwoodUK Barbara Sue Attwood (@BSAttwoodUK) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@TalkTalk - the last one 01282 393452 said to press 1, 2 or 3 and if we do not respond our service will be cut off today.

  • BSAttwoodUK Barbara Sue Attwood (@BSAttwoodUK) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@TalkTalk landline. This is about the 5-6th time of automated calls. I know that normal companies would never do this so we disregarded and thought they would stop. Most of the calls are 2-4 pm but some are also 8-10 am.

  • LuisVerdejo06 Luis Verdejo (@LuisVerdejo06) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@TalkTalk ya, no explanation as to why it was completely ignored. Then could only offer a setup on the 22nd when I had ordered it for the 4th. Had to cancel my contracts and leave and now organising another supplier that can happen sooner

  • LuisVerdejo06 Luis Verdejo (@LuisVerdejo06) reported from Oxfordshire, England

Was on the phone since 8am with @TalkTalk to try to figure out why a home move request has been ignored even though i had used your online process. Complete lack of communication within their own departments which has just led me to cancel everything.

  • charlenegiles17 charlene renata giles (@charlenegiles17) reported from Witney, England

Anyone else find @TalkTalk network rubbish on a weekend time to change provider I think

@talktalk are absolutely clueless about how to communicate with people, worst customer service known to man. If anyone is adulting and choosing a broadband company, please avoid them at all costs!!!! #talktalk

  • MartinSmith052 Martin Smith (@MartinSmith052) reported

@TalkTalk we upgraded to your fibre broadband to get around slow speeds. Now we are getting no Internet all together. We didn't even recieve a super router upon upgrade. Really concerned the service I'm paying for isn't being delivered.

  • BeckyMayDarts Becky Palmer (@BeckyMayDarts) reported

  • BenSmart_99 Ben smart (@BenSmart_99) reported
