    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @TalkTalk Very at risk elderly father (under POA) lost his phone connection last week. Your "support" has been atrocious (myself and sister contacting you). I've now heard someone visited him from talktalk this morning despite you knowing he doesn't have POA (dementia).

    @TalkTalk customer service awful! 92 yr nan, no landline. Can’t pass security checks as she doesn’t know them! Can’t arrange any repairs. She lives alone and has a care alarm which doesn’t work without a phone line!!!

    @TalkTalk get an email saying my service is going to be discontinued because it was a trial and I need to ring up - can I get through to anyone? No. Is the hold music literally the worst in the world? Yes.
