    @TalkTalk Thanks for meaningless apologies- we need action and delivery of services as promised by you and PAID for by them! My parents are distressed by this scenario! I can DM details but this thread is staying open!I won’t continue to allow this sort of appalling service to be hidden.

    @talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

    @zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @vikkio88 @TalkTalk My personal experience suggests that there are significant differences between them. One thing Zen does well is that if you have an issue you can call them and speak to someone knowledgeable.

    Day 13 - Woke up with @TalkTalk internet not working yet again. After an engineer visit and a second router, this keeps happening. How is one supposed to start working in less than on hour? Completely unreliable service

    Migrating from bt bb to talktalk, how simple is that but seem the online customer service just don't understand what they are talking about My son just migrated to talktalk what a Hugh mistake this was. They are sending a micro filter that is not needed on socket 5c.

    @stewpower1 @TalkTalk I did have an engineer, good guy, but didn't make much difference with Talktalk because he gave my kit a clean bill of health. Still got intermittent sometime slow line. O i forgot to say Cus Service no help what so ever.

    @TalkTalk I can’t work today, our wifi is down and I work from home . I am letting people my employers down and I will have to make the time up. Apparently it can take 2-3 days to resolve!
