@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Thanks for meaningless apologies- we need action and delivery of services as promised by you and PAID for by them! My parents are distressed by this scenario! I can DM details but this thread is staying open!I won’t continue to allow this sort of appalling service to be hidden.

@TalkTalk A lot of good that did me as asked about a wrong date showing on a cancellation and told they can't help me as they have limited resources. I called on the 06/03 and gave 30 days notice, obviously can't count as been told my service will cease on the 12/04!

@TalkTalk Worst costumer service EVER !!! All I want to do is change my home address been on the phone for 3hrs, been discontented 3 times and spoken to 4 different departments, none who can help! I’ve got my Eero fitted just won’t work because the address is wrong on the system.

The worst service by @TalkTalk tried cancelling my account with them but all I get is a dropped line once I’m transferred have to provide 30 days notice so still being charged disgusting will be going to the financial ombudsman as I am still being charged and not able to cancel

@TalkTalk Also the customer service is shocking, no one to talk to on online chat, no email on website and also got told by one of their advisors they couldn't send me an email to confirm the conversation I had with them on the 06/03 as they don't have access to email customers

@WeAreOpenreach are the worst ******* company to ever exist regarding Internet. With Sky, 3 appointments from Openreach missed over the years. 3 days off work for **** all & 3 more until they could be arsed sending another 1 out. A new customer to @TalkTalk & no engineer today.

@TalkTalk Why nobody in your company has the backbone to pick up a phone and explain why you didn’t repair,why I got charged,why I had to pay a exit fee, Plusnet sorted it in 3 days and I’ve never had such a good signal by the way it was a faulty master socket
