    @TalkTalk are literally the worst. No internet since Tuesday- called them everyday to sort it out. Made us wait all week the tonight us they will send an engineer on MONDAY! 👍🏼 10/10 shite company with 10/10 shite customer service 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    @TalkTalk dreadful service. Customer's are required to provide a month's notice to terminate. TalkTalk retains the Wi-Fi preventing new tenants from selecting their own provider😳

    Credit where it's due @TalkTalk have phoned and apologised and taken full responsibility for the problem I was having on Monday. They spent 2.5 hours refusing to believe it was anything other than me at fault I couldn't see one particular website.

    @TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

    @TalkTalk doubled my bill without notification. Refuses to compensate for losses due to 8weeks internet problems. Refuses to allow you to speak with senior staff or request call back. Hangs up on you when you question their policies. @CISASUK

    @TalkTalk I keep doing speed checks on my fibre optic but the outcome is always unsatisfactory sometimes I get as low as 18 mbps. I’m incredibly disappointed and unhappy as I signed up for super fast fibre optic and was promised 55mbps. I’ve reported this problem so many times...

    @Flackon @TalkTalk The problem was they meant they had Fiber from the exchange to the box but phone cable from the box 3/4 mile away into our wall and then the use of a splitter. The lying **** bags

    @LeedsBS I have a problem with #LeedsBuildingSociety Charity account. You failed to pay quarters rent for the office after 10 years of regular Direct Debit payments due to an ‘error’ I was told. Now TalkTalk say you have failed to pay our broadband by direct debit.
