    @TalkTalk dreadful service. Customer's are required to provide a month's notice to terminate. TalkTalk retains the Wi-Fi preventing new tenants from selecting their own provider😳

    Credit where it's due @TalkTalk have phoned and apologised and taken full responsibility for the problem I was having on Monday. They spent 2.5 hours refusing to believe it was anything other than me at fault I couldn't see one particular website.

    @TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

    @TalkTalk I keep doing speed checks on my fibre optic but the outcome is always unsatisfactory sometimes I get as low as 18 mbps. I’m incredibly disappointed and unhappy as I signed up for super fast fibre optic and was promised 55mbps. I’ve reported this problem so many times...

    If you require a ‘GOOD’ customer service, it needs to be based in the UK, not in the PHILLIPINES or INDIA. THERE IS GREAT DIFFICULTY HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH A PERSON OVER THE TELEPHONE WHEN, however good their English, they do have an accent.i am referring to Talktalk !

    @TalkTalk When ever you start messing around testing my phone line and security system go down !! My alarm box goes if and I cannot use home phone. I have re-booted router and red light has gone off !!I WAS INSTRUCTED BY TRCH MANAGER, not to touch router !! Please get your act together.

    @TalkTalk One of the technical team who contacted me last week said there was an issue BUT not to reboot router until he calls me back on the 10th September ? In the meantime because WiFi is not operating, it is costing money to use mobile devises. I need an answer today !!

    @TalkTalk I understand the existing contract is being transferred. you have blocked our ability to take service from another ISP on the day we take possession of the property as they are unable to start the takeover process until after your Cease has ended. Which leaves 10 days w/o service

    @TalkTalk My real problem was that as I wanted to downgrade my package it was hard to do and I had to persevere and I had no joy from Live Chat. (I understand downgrading is not in your interest but it should be easier as people’s circumstances change)

Since thurs I've spent over 5 hours on the helpline, They have no idea of what the problem is and go through the same "tests", however if I log onto my account the page says they're working on fixing the issue. They're the most infuriating co ever.

    I am flabbergasted with the poor level of treatment I’ve received from @TalkTalk #broadband providers they have continually lied to me about when WiFi will be on, I have had the phone hanged up on me several times for asking to cancel and I have also spent almost £100 on data.
