@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

Are TalkTalk deliberately giving us poor service to make us upgrade? Just spoken to them on the phone and they blamed the intermittent connectivity problem to my package, and suggested that I changed it. Problem is I hear the new packages are no better! @TalkTalk @itvnews
