@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@TalkTalk do not join this company for your internet, their customer service is the epitome of hell. I have had a persistent internet drop outs and they fail to fix anything. I have a DNS caused by them and they will do everything to deny they are the issue.
