@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@MirrenGidda @TalkTalk it’s a disgrace the power that telcos etc have. @BTGroup have been so singularly useless with my parents - wasted days of their precious lives - and there is no recourse. Even the head of customer service cannot control her own institution and they continue to be useless.
