@virginmedia I don’t have an Ethernet cable to trail that far. As I’ve already mentioned, whilst on TalkTalk I had their hub in the same location that the Virgin hub is. The resolution to this issue is to send me a Hub 4 or Hub 5 and not plug in 5 Pods

@virginmedia I used that first, they were the ones who gave me the number for the pre-installation/sales team. As they couldnt help me. When the technician texts you and you reply CHAT - it does not work! Im this close to just cancelling and going back to TalkTalk.
