So I had ANOTHER go at getting my issue with @talktalk resolved. That's FIVE attempts now. Every single time it's "we'll do some tests, then we'll go silent for a bit, then we'll refer you on to a Trust Pilot form". Honestly, it's the most appalling customer care I've ever seen.

NPR records around Barnard Castle appear unavailable. 400K records were accidentally wiped by the Home Office. Until recently, Dido Harding was most famous for losing TalkTalk customer data.
