Then to top it off you put me on hold, then hang up!? Terrible service!!

I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
