@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

Just had what I hope will be my last call with TalkTalk complaints manager. He was great and has delivered two refund credits for this complaint and my previous one from February. Hopefully I never have to deal with their “Customer Service” team again until I leave them though.

It's taken 19 minutes to get this prepaid envelope sent out, that I'm told should have been sent out already but hasn't been - @talktalk bit shoddy really. Esp as if I didn't take the trouble to go through this palaver, you'd be charging me £50 for a non return.

@TalkTalk I cancelled the service before it went live. The customer service rep said I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I explained the circumstances around the cancellation and he said he would escalate it to someone who would call me back. Never received a call back! DD taken though
