    @TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

    @TalkTalk @Stefanmisaras What is the point of DM’ing - so we can call a number where no one is available, or use the chat where you get passed around and then ignored for 2hrs 12 mins If you have a problem with your FTTP/Openreach services, just say so, and give a timeframe for when it will be fixed.

    @TalkTalk I was a bit nervous about switching to such a new network but was assured it was very reliable, yet here I am not a month into my new contract. I couldn’t even get an answer from your support until 10 mins ago. Poor service.
