    @TalkTalk I connected to the test socket using the filter sent with the hub and still without Internet. Still have the Amber light flashing. Thanks for you help.

    @VodafoneUK I told @TalkTalk you both had more than a month to learn customer care but instead treated your customers like their **** so kindly **** yourself or find my number and call and try to mend or I will duck you till Court and **** you cos you suck dog **** Yours truly Mr bitter

    Customer service is so rarely good from phone/broadband providers. Currently @TalkTalk are proving so frustrating and stop answering your messages with no explanation. Who should I change to?

    @OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

    @TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

    @TalkTalk Been sending so many DMs with no response. I'm fed up. You just cannot phone me to help. Been leaving so many messages. You've even set up another direct debit but still refuse to send someone to help set me up. I'm disgusted.

    @TalkTalk I be been waiting 6 weeks or more so **** off. You have my name, my number and details. Don’t pretend you give a **** now. If you did you’d pick up phone. And you don’t pick up phone because your a bunch of money grabbing scum. And bullies. Il wait for my call or my day in court

    @TalkTalk No **** off. I’ve tried for over a month with both companies. Either you work out my number and call or I will be ruining you both in court. You bully boys and **** customer service don’t scare me at all YOU ARE BOTH IN WRONG I HAVE EVIDENCE 😡

    @WeAreOpenreach having issues with my modem for my talktalk wifi. DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

    @TalkTalk are you able to help get this fixed again. Had an issue with my Internet connection couple weeks ago that you said you'd send someone out to have a look at, since it was an issue between an exchange and my address, but it's now not working again after being fixed??

    @TalkTalk Your company has treated me appallingly. I made the mistake of moving. And now with all your technology cannot resume service at my new residence. Awful service. I am disgusted

    @TalkTalk You have put a ‘cease’ on my contract , which I have finally managed to cancel after weeks of not being able to contact you (by phone, Chat, twitter etc)Please remove this with immediate effect. It stops me from getting a new provider for 30 days

    @TalkTalk another debacle on an ongoing issue. Can you explain why when your pushed in public you act nice. Then when the dialogue resumes in private your a bunch of liars who abuse and threaten your customers? Who you steal from their banks then cut them off? Send debt letters?

    @OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk you two poor excuses for companies are a joke. No broadband now for 2 weeks . you send an engineer a week ago to fix the problem he turns up says theres a fault says he fixes it off he goes. Im no engineer but i dont think he has fixed it do you.jokers

    @TalkTalk just rang up to cancel internet 30 mins on hold after 10 mins in discussions with the man on the other end he still didn’t get through the security questions as he couldn’t even get the phone number right on 7 occasions. I was ringing from the landline I’m cancelling

    @TalkTalk Talktalk customer for 2 weeks now, no broadband for 8 days of those including today. 4 Engineer visits, 3 emails telling me 'Your Broadband is Active' when it's not, stopping me working from home & you billed me today for it. Is Dido back in charge? #talktalk
