    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk hello.I am no longer a Talk Talk Customer. I would like confirmation that I am no longer being charged as of 16/11. Tried calling customer service but it asks me for Talk Talk landline. Don’t want to go on chat as it took 2 hours last time and they didn’t solve my issue

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

    @UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

    @TalkTalk left my 81 year old grandma with no phone line or internet for 10 days meaning she couldn’t use her pendant to call for help. When we tried to call they just hung up on us. Amazing service. #Disgusting #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Just replied. Your staff just accused me of lying when I said an Openreach engineer had come into my house yesterday. He said they don't do that. Well they did yesterday. Yet your staff insisted they didn't. Awful customer service...he's in the wrong job or needs training.

    @TalkTalk absolute joke of a company. Parents pay for "upgrade" to speed, instead @OpenreachHelp seem to f&ck it up. No Internet, only help is to send out a new router when we've demonstrated that is not the problem. Meaning parents are likely to be weeks without Internet.

    If anyone is considering Talktalk for phone/mobile etc DON’T. They are absolutely useless. Still billing us for my dad’s mobile account 4 months after being told it was closed. Customer service is appalling. @TalkTalk

    @PaJaBuzz I pay @TalkTalk for a service called Fibre 65 but the small print says they'll actually only guarantee the minimal service of 29 Mbps. That's all I've ever had and now they can't even manage that.
