    @WeAreOpenreach having issues with my modem for my talktalk wifi. DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

    @TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

    Customer service is so rarely good from phone/broadband providers. Currently @TalkTalk are proving so frustrating and stop answering your messages with no explanation. Who should I change to?

    @VodafoneUK I told @TalkTalk you both had more than a month to learn customer care but instead treated your customers like their **** so kindly **** yourself or find my number and call and try to mend or I will duck you till Court and **** you cos you suck dog **** Yours truly Mr bitter

    @TalkTalk hi I still need help sorting out my Internet. It was very frustrating yesterday when I had gone through various checks with someone via DM only to then not get a response for 4 hours.

    @TalkTalk Been sending so many DMs with no response. I'm fed up. You just cannot phone me to help. Been leaving so many messages. You've even set up another direct debit but still refuse to send someone to help set me up. I'm disgusted.

    When @TalkTalk tell your the issues will be sorted and then just as the time limit of when you can cancel finishes it starts playing up again. 🤬 you can only have a technical issue after 9am. They should pay the customers to use them, as it never works

    @TalkTalk Need FTTP that everyone else is offering, all i can get from talktalk is fiber 65 which is not FTTP, Vodafone, sky, plusnet and BT all offer this, I cannot get through on your customer helpline.
