    @TalkTalk I sent a DM yesterday, and was told that unless HP could tell me how to connect my printer to the internet I would be stuck with an 18 month contract where I can't use my wifi printer. Really not impressed, considering that the problem only started when I switched to Taalk Talk.

    @TalkTalk It’s been 7 days and you’ve left my poor mother unable to use the phone,the pharmacy cannot arrange her medication and the doctors cannot phone ! I’ve phone four times in one day !!!!! Still waiting for return call ! Disgraceful

    @TalkTalk We have dm’d you already and Was total waste of time. We’ve issued a formal complaint already. you were not willing to release her 2 months into a 24th month contract without penalty & refused to send her new router to try to rectify problem then. I’m now forwarding to ombudsman
