@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

trying to leave @talktalk and the guy on chat when I asked for the link to leave said "There is not available link as the only we we can help you is by trasnferrign your directly to our Retention" then he cut me off. Classy, they actually wont let you leave, its like Misery.

Isn't it funny when you've got a problem with your broadband order and you dial sales instead of "order update" you get through IMMEDIATELY. All other departments 30-60 minute wait ... As per usual they're keen to take your £ but getting someone to help ... oh no @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk unbelievably rude and aggressive staff! Reporting a fault and just getting rudeness in return. Employee Dalisu Guma needs to be fired! Claims he doesn't have a manager. Just rude and unprofessional. Advise against ever using talktalk!
