    @TalkTalk hello. Our internet connection has been intermittently poor since yesterday. My wife is working from home and it took her ages to upload and download work yesterday. Very poor.

    @UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

    @TalkTalk terrible internet connection for the past few hours. Very erratic, on and off connection. Wife cannot work again. Line test says “a potential problem”.

    @latoyaestella @TalkTalk @virginmedia and Sky’s customer service are better and no drops of speed I hear. That’s who I’ll be going to when I get rid of this rubbish (TalkTalk)provider and their service!

    The issue is affecting a number of TD residents and impacts those who don’t have mobiles. Still no service for those in the High st. Let’s hope it is sorted soon. @TDResidents @TalkTalk

    @Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @TalkTalk Hi, my emails have stopped sending using either webmail or my iPhone. On my iPhone it says my password is incorrect. Retyped it in and error still remains. Can you help?

    @TalkTalk hello.I am no longer a Talk Talk Customer. I would like confirmation that I am no longer being charged as of 16/11. Tried calling customer service but it asks me for Talk Talk landline. Don’t want to go on chat as it took 2 hours last time and they didn’t solve my issue

    Can’t get @TalkTalk to help me for another week until an engineer comes out. We know the issue! Have a 9 month old with a medical condition and need the baby cam to watch her!! Absolute out of order! #badcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

    @TalkTalk I’m a key worker and have had to keep using my data when at home because your WiFi is so bad! It’s costing me a lot of money with my provider!!!! Not happy🤬

    @TalkTalk was on your live chat a few hours ago ..told to turn power off for 30 mins then back on and internet will work ..it's been off nearly 2 hours, turned it back on and still flashing orange light ..this is not good enough after the issues yesterday

    @TalkTalk Your DM is not working. These drop outs happen several times at day at variable frequencies and I know if other broadband users with other providers having similar issues. You may have to liaise with Openreach to investigate these occurrences.

    Been listening to my mum tell me about @TalkTalk's predatory sales tactics. Snakeoil salesmen at the door of an elderly woman, selling her things she doesn't need and hasn't asked for. The Watchdog Special. Handily I can still cancel the order for her, as well as my own account.
