@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

@TalkTalk You've charged me £50 to send out an engineer 4 a crackly phone line. He said the problem needs seeing to by an external engineer. U then sent me second engineer he said he's still an internal engineer. I then called again, ur rep promised an external engineer today - no one came
