@TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

@TalkTalk my WiFi is down yet again and trying the phone line multiple times gets me nowhere, it just says to call back in a couple of hours and hangs up. Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk Hello my friend advised me to write as he’d already raised my poor experience with talk talk a few days ago. I have been charged for a month that I had no service, 3 engineers came out in covid ,2 into my home! I was told there’s no fibre so I’ve constant buffer.
