    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    For my UK friends...please avoid @TalkTalk and their network services. You will be more offline than online and they will not make the best as possible to fix it as soon as possible.

    Here @TalkTalk are you guys having a good day? Farcical service. How do I lose a formal complaint? On top of being charged 50£ for a non existent fault I now apparently have to rw register my phone so i can't ring out at the moment.

    @TalkTalk My mother has had people out on 3 different occassions on behalf of TalkTalk to connect her to City Fibre, they left the last time without telling her anything, and she still is not connected. The internet she has with you is so poor it doesn't work in the next room

    @TalkTalk 1hr 10 mins on the phone to 3 operators about adding nowtv as our TV package. None of them tried to help us to do it online just hold music and being passed around- ridiculous!

    What @talktalk do not do is fully comply with #gdpr regulations... They dont provide you with the web history and whatsapp messages you send over their network, which they definately have, because one former director was passing on my browsing history and whatsapp messages...

    What is going on with @TalkTalk Customer Service? I have never experienced such consistent appalling service from any company. Sort it out. @Ofcom you really need to look into the service that TalkaTalk provides its customers. It is really bad. Take this as a formal complaint
