@TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

@TalkTalk Not exactly a straight answer if your face to face representative tells me “you’re not on the best package”; Then your online agent tells me “you ARE on the best package”. Was on with online support for over an hour, so don’t know how more online checks are meant to help.
