    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    Finally @talktalk customer service has agreed to put her on an acceptable package and refund some money - shame about the 1.5 hour call to sort it

    @TalkTalk 100% it was an automated service that called my landline the end of last month to disconnect!! 100% SURE ABOUT THAT!

    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @TalkTalk have the worst customer service especially to the disabled elderly. They take advantage of people and provide poor service

    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

    @MyRxndomLife Have they sent or are sending out an engineer? I've had this issue before and it was the router on both occasions, so I would request a new router ASAP, I found the talktalk online forum helpful, with people who are not associated with talktalk so it's impartial.

    @TalkTalk Just got off a 1 hour 40 minute phone call with no resolution. Huge disruption as Wife works from home. She's pregnant and has had to go to the office to get internet to do her job. Increased Covid risk and extra travel costs. Compensation offered has been derisory.

    @talktalk you really need to sort out your customer service. Twice, totalling 1.5 hours spent trying to get through only to get cut off. I then tried the online chat, waited 50 minutes but got no response.

    @MyRxndomLife @TalkTalk Keep waiting Iv been having the same issues, they sent an engineer and he phoned saying his 10 mins away, 45 mins later I get a message saying sorry couldn’t make it. And Btw my internet is still down

    @TalkTalk were supposed to install my full fibre a week ago but the engineer never showed. Despite spending about 20 hours between the live chat and phone calls still don't have a new install date. Shambles

    @TalkTalk My internet been down since yesterday. It still isn’t back on. 3rd time in less than a week. Online chat is a waste of time, no one answers. Looks like I’ll have to waste another 40+ minutes today on the phone.
