@charliehalkett @TalkTalk They're awful, you should switch away from them ASAP if you can. Some providers like BT will buy your contract out, if you switch to them, if you're lucky. :)

@TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@AMan4AllSaisons @TalkTalk YESS! OMG, it’s so customer hostile. You have to wonder if it’s a strategy. I went with them because they offered the cheapest unlimited broadband in my area. But they’ll make back those savings with one or two “late fees”… and what kind of customer is most likely to be late?

**** @TalkTalk. Absolutely shambles trying to fix my wifi which they disconnected for no reason and won’t reconnect me unless I take out a new package. Avoid going with them at all costs. Customer service is diabolical 🥴
