@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

@TalkTalk Ok thank you. That wasn't made clear when I took out the contract as a new customer. My father had been the previous customer with Talk Talk. Open Reach advised me incorrectly that the number could be ported over. I will contact them and let them know their advise was incorrect.

I appreciate it’s not nice for your parents, but I don’t think it’s too bad for a company not to want to pay for peoples mistakes when they fall for scammers. @dr_cheeky @TalkTalk My account was hacked,loged out and disableded but i was able to recover my account after consulting so many recovery companies in which they couldn't help,not until i came across Mr Travis. I advice you contact him at once and thank me later,He's a genius. You're welcome. DM
