Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TahiraJumah @TalkTalk Just go elsewhere. We have had 4x no show appointments and poor communication throughout (the irony is not lost on me!) We cancelled before we even got going. Yoghurt pots and string is 1 up comma vs these folks.
