    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    @TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we can’t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

    @TalkTalk Just to let you know (yet again) I have no WiFi again although my router shows 4 green lights. It shows that the WiFi so slow that the html basic can't even load.

    @TalkTalk Which we did, Wednesday Thursday and twice on friday.. but your customer service team is utterly shocking. And by looking at your reponses on twitter shows not alot is done to actually help customers out in the slightest. Repeating the same unhelpful scripted information

    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    @TalkTalk why is my Broadband speed so inconsistent today? It's been appalling all week but I'm now changing fron 30mbps-<1, every ten minutes or so, and the lows are lasting longer then the good speeds. I can't even access your website's it's that poor! BN2 area

    @TalkTalk well I have been on the phone to you for 3 hours is morning and what is the out come NOTHING. You can’t fix my internet issue till the 31st jan. Been having nothing but problems with you for a year now and still telling me if I want to leave I have to pay you money !!!!
