    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    @TalkTalk Ian, since you replied 2 hours ago I have been trying to speak to the right people. After waiting online for an hour I’ve tried calling Full fibre or complaints. The guy put me through to a service which says it’s not customer facing and that I should hang up! This is too much!
