    Utterly useless service from AOL/Yahoo/TalkTalk yet again following my complaint reference the breakdown/failure of their systems. So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

    @TalkTalk Hi Becky, I restarted our modem as the internet indicator light was red. Seems to be fine now! Slow a wee bit but OK....!

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    @TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

    I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk We have just spent an hour on the phone to your team who have been nothing but disgusting and refused to help again, despite speaking to the lady and said they’ll continue to bill her despite refusing to even connect her service.

    I pay my TalkTalk bill in advance, I gave them 30 days notice. They cut me off with 2 weeks to go because my new provider was good to go. And now @TalkTalk want to bill me for cutting my service short. Hahaha what a joke of a company!! YOU OWE ME MONEY!!

    @TalkTalk Due to the fact I keep getting letters and also have a reply to a totally different address at the other end of the country. I fail to find how you and your company can do this I'll happily post both letters and your company's replies on social media as you clearly don't care.
