@prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

@Writer53 @TalkTalk you renew bi-annually, if they haven’t given you full term, so yeah a refund ? wait they’ll have small print “reserve right to stop providing” yet you won’t be able to end early. Given how often you’ve had problems, they’ve failed to deliver any decent service that’s a breach
