@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@TalkTalk Been round to vulnerable neighbours....ones I visited not customers of you so will have connection for help between your stated hours 12mn to 10am ..but be mindful the fall call system for elderly does need active landline. More notice for planned work indicated to get back up.

@TalkTalk It seems to be impossible to get through to someone on the phone even after going through an automated voice system. The signal on the other end is horrific and I simply wanted to check some things on my account that I couldn't via the website
