@TalkTalk My internet has been down since @ 4pm. I logged the problem through customer services online. When I sign up to my acct, it says the fault is being investigated. In the meantime, I have no landline service nor TV (fire stick) I’m having to use my mobile data as 1/2

Really disappointed in @TalkTalk WiFi just stopping working at my grandparents today, leaving them isolated and getting pretty stressed when they don't have any other way of getting online (no smartphone etc). Customer service by email which grandma obviously can't access.👎

@talktalk #telephone #talktalk appalling service from Talktalk customer service. If you have a phone fault be prepared to call them over 26 times and keep reporting the same thing over and over. They usually sit in silence until you hang up. I stayed waiting for 19 mins in silen

@virginmedia I was unable to use the same website on tablet or laptop - the website owner said the issue was due to slow internet speed and @TalkTalk had advised that you were digging up the cable in the area with the potential for disruption and I wondered if this work had overrun

@TalkTalkGroup I asked you to fix my crakling phone line. Someone came and tested the master socket and said its fine . So the fault is on the open reach net work. Talktalk set email telling me my Internet is fixed? When will you fix my telephone line? 6 days no phone line.

@TalkTalk After 3 weeks of either no broadband or reduced speed still not resolved. Engineers, booked either didn’t turn up and received no feedback at all as to what’s going on. Phoned “technical support” line 🙄 several times to be told awaiting feedback from engineer, awful service
