    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    @TalkTalk Hi Becky, I restarted our modem as the internet indicator light was red. Seems to be fine now! Slow a wee bit but OK....!

    @TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @TalkTalk Thank you for the response. In the last 48 hours - I have been on the phone to talk talk for nearly 4 of them and still had no issue resolved. The 14 people I have spoken to have tried to put me through to the complaints department which obviously doesn’t exist? Am I correct?

    @TalkTalk you need to be inclusive & think of your customers & their needs & situations. My 84yr old mother trying to speak to someone about her issue...left hanging.. having to ring back repeatedly..given conflicting info..Just not good enough. Please try harder & do better.

    To anybody who is wanting a @TalkTalk WiFi router, DON'T! Absolutely awful customer service, waited 2 weeks for them to cancel because of phone line issues, they've known the whole time, not ever using talk talk again, absolute mess of a company. ***

    @TalkTalk Need assistance. New customer and haven't received a welcome pack with account details etc. Need to change a date of an engineer and can't do it online without a membership number (this includes online chat with an agent). Can't get through on the phone.

    @Strange33066418 @TalkTalk It's not. human DM'd them and was told that the router is being sent out the day before her new service is due to go live. Via Yodel. So if I am incommunicado on the 9th/10th/who knows, you'll know why...
