@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

.@TalkTalk keeps sending generic mail ads via Royal Mail but I think they need to sort their customer service out first. I remember back to about two weeks ago when I requested them to ring me thrice and they didn’t! Then tried contacting direct and on hold for 2 hours!

Got less than 1gb left now on my phone doesn't renew until 25th. Had no internet at home since Saturday, cheers @TalkTalk i mean i get the internet goes down sometimes but I'd expect a quicker fix time than 4 days and still ongoing.
