    @TalkTalk hello.I am no longer a Talk Talk Customer. I would like confirmation that I am no longer being charged as of 16/11. Tried calling customer service but it asks me for Talk Talk landline. Don’t want to go on chat as it took 2 hours last time and they didn’t solve my issue

    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    @TalkTalk Nah you're alright I actually am changing to you for real, your phone customer service is great too I remember that too from last time I had TalkTalk so i'm coming back. Vodafone keep trying to ring me now to stay, suddenly they're paying attention to me so I'm ignoring them.

For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven.     @virginmedia I have had more outages with you on this supposedly "no outages" 1gb fibre than I have ever had with talktalk, and I am really pissed of! I am seriously considering leaving you early and making a complaint to offcom.
