    @TalkTalk you are the worst WiFi service provider in the entire solar system I still have had no contact from any of your customer service. As soon as my WiFi is fixed I will be terminating my contract.

    @TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

    Between me and a friend helping me out, we have over 10 hours on the phone with talktalk this week. They will still not reactivate my internet. apparently I can't complain to the Ombudsman until 2 months have passed from the start of my complaint with the provider.

    @SkyHelpTeam okay, but I am not a customer. We did ask you when we first moved in but your engineers couldn't put a dish up so we went with TalkTalk and are now with BT Can I still report this scam attempt? Also, they used a weebly website, so they need an urgent KITA

    I have paid for this service. I've been with TalkTalk for years. It doesn't matter. When it's an error they can't figure out, nobody has authority to actually reactivate my internet. The MOMENT I can, I will switch to another provider. NEVER GO WITH TALK TALK
