    @TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

    @TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

    Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

    @TalkTalk I connected to the test socket using the filter sent with the hub and still without Internet. Still have the Amber light flashing. Thanks for you help.

    Customer service is so rarely good from phone/broadband providers. Currently @TalkTalk are proving so frustrating and stop answering your messages with no explanation. Who should I change to?

    Absolutely avoid @TalkTalk like the plague, worst company I have ever dealt with for issues and communication. Still billing me for an account cancelled 2 months ago even though they have received my returned router?? The amount of times I have rung and nothing is ever noted 😠

    @AdeleMarsh @TalkTalk @tristiaharrison It’s hard to believe that the technical department don’t open Sundays on the phone, I’m paying for a service I can’t use and the offer to sort DM wasted another hour of my time as told at the end of endless messages they can’t help with fibre. Will be looking to go elsewhere

    @TalkTalk and now tomorrow I have to waste more time ringing the ‘retentions’ team who I guarantee will put me on hold forever to cancel an account that I have asked to cancel 3 times. I am not paying a single penny more than I have already paid and advise others to go elsewhere!

    @markandersonrun @TalkTalk On our contract if it’s not fixed within 28 days you can get out the contract without charge, tbh I’m praying for this rather than being stuck with them!! They are absolutely the worst provider!!

    @Promes10ii @IntooTheFuture I am having the same issue, both for ea server on FIFA 23 ps5 and fut app on phone. Also a TalkTalk customer. Had the same issue yesterday during the day where I couldn't use WiFi but could mobile data.
