I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

No matter what the organisation, from banks to retailers, many are now based in the Philippines, and even after the third time of asking you still can't catch their name let alone get issues resolved. Complete meltdown.

Trying to cancel account since August and it still isn’t done. Customer services a joke, calls lasting 45mins and then cut off whilst on hold while they speak to manager.
