@TalkTalk I connected to the test socket using the filter sent with the hub and still without Internet. Still have the Amber light flashing. Thanks for you help.

Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

@VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

@TalkTalk Lost my Internet connection about an hour ago. Ran line test and problem at exchange that must have occurred this morning. Text from you says 2-3 working days to fix. This is ridiculous that I will potentially be without Internet yet no discount for loss of service! 🤬

@TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

@raecbw @TalkTalk Yeah, they installed 'fast fibre' at ours last year and we've had an unstable connection ever since. Trouble is, we're a bit isolated, and there's no other broadband provider in the area. They've got us over a barrel. Used to be with Virgin, no problems there.

@ch1ffy Sorry your friends had a bad experience with them, they are a small local fibre provider. Never even heard of them. We provide access nationally to 29.5 million homes. Same nationwide access as BT, Sky, TalkTalk, and Vodafone.

@TalkTalk absolutely disgraceful service. Full fibre with free Wi-Fi booster. Been on the phone for nearly 2 hours being told there is no free Wi-Fi booster. Why have you got your salesmen going to peoples doors offering lies?
