Remote support for a friend’s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hour’s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as it’s used by scammers.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

Isn't it amazing how a company like @TalkTalk can agree to cancel a balance over 7months ago, but then proceed to send red letters and baliff letters to collect money that was agreed to be waived due to their poor service.

@TalkTalk so after a year of complaining about slow internet finally cancelled with you guys as it never improved. Vodafone sent an engineer and said there is a Cap on the line would have been good if you guys sent an engineer.
