@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

My internet seems to have randomly and mysteriously gotten **** at exactly the same time that TalkTalk are trying to get me to “upgrade” to a service that I shouldn’t really need for at least £5 extra per month. Odd that.

@TalkTalk They have tried dealing with you for hours on the phone, and informed you they are not moving until October 1st, and you are not re-instating the line. They're now (unreasonably) passing it to me to deal with as my request has caused the issue in the first place.
