Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

@TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@AndrewMorganRCT @skytv Been with TalkTalk for 6 years and only ever lost broadband connection 4 times for a few hour period and this was only to 'upgrade' the network and be fair this was between 1am and 4am ish each time so 👏👏to TT .

@TalkTalk after over 14 weeks delay in activating my internet service I am pleased to announce the arrival of a very quick and stable service. So glad that we cancelled with Talk Talk after 12 weeks of poor customer service and within 2 weeks @BTGroup had everything working.
