I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk Seems to be working now. But recently on many occasions I get Red light & I pull out router power plug & push it back in. Service is becoming patchy at times

@TalkTalk Not really. After waiting weeks to find out talktalk isn’t available in my area after a system error, I now have to wait to cancel my subscription because of yet another system error.

@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

@TalkTalk can you explain me why I received a letter from your company telling me that someone had contacted your company telling them that they were moving into my house and wanted to have your broadband etc to no knowledge to me then you contacted my provider to cancel

Are @TalkTalk the worst internet service provider in the UK? They supposedly guarantee a minimum of 58Mbs. A few minutes ago my speed test registered 0.3Mbs.

@TalkTalk The only assistance your on the phone team have given me has been broken promises and missmanagement of my service. Unfortunately you'll be loosing me as customer because the experience I described is exactly what it has been.
