@TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

@TalkTalk Done that. Asked me to connect the laptop to router via Ethernet. Still waiting for outcome. School work to do, important emails with links to open. Awful, practically non existent mobile coverage as @O2 are useless. And now no internet. We rely on internet for calls & messages
