    A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

    @TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

    @irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

    @TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

    @sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

    He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

    @TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

    @TalkTalk absolute terrible customer support. I have had the worst experience of my life trying to get tech support to sort a major **** up. Spent at least 12 hours this week trying to sort out non working fibre connection and still I have problems.

    @TalkTalk Well I’m just entering my fifth hour over 3 days hanging on and listening to the awful hold “music”. The phone has been put down on me 3 times. And I’ve called approximately 11 times with no resolution to my problem. Even the loyalty department were clueless and so hung up on me.

    @TalkTalk I have no phone over VOIP. Your online chat couldn't help as we are full fibre. Your phone line doesn't have enough operators and couldn't speak to anyone. AND since installation on 14th June our account says "installation pending" and you've taken NO money.

    Honest to god @TalkTalk your service is absolutely shite. I can't even get through to you on the customer service number now having being charged 50£ for an engineer to "fix" a non existent fault when all I asked for was an upgrade. Sort yourselves out.
