@TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we can’t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

@TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

Much like that TalkTalk qt the C/S agent is really nice and helpful and apologetic. Always makes me feel bad for people taking the flak for inadequate systems, and makes me think about how the system I work on could make our C/S team's lives easier.

One good thing for both Vodafone and TalkTalk though, given that neither have stellar reputations: I have had zero problems getting through to them on the phone in the evenings which presumably is peak. I was on hold for about 2 minutes tonight, think that's the worst I've had.
