    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    @charliehalkett @TalkTalk They're awful, you should switch away from them ASAP if you can. Some providers like BT will buy your contract out, if you switch to them, if you're lucky. :)

    @TalkTalk we have had dropout and internet crawling at a snails pace often not working at all. In the evening we can’t get through a program without interruption in the NW1 area. Are contract is up and so will our timwpe with you unless you fix this real quick! #talktalk

    @TalkTalk Doing it again just now. Either both 79.79.79.79 and 79.79.79.80 are down or your Wifi Hub isn't trying both. Changed the second one to 8.8.8.8 and it's fine.

    After an hour of soul destroying ‘live chat’ with TalkTalk where I ended up nearly losing the will to live.They’d like to help further but can’t access ‘MyAccount’ with the password I gave, despite the fact I’d accessed it earlier with the same one. Not upgraded their end..Eh???

    @TalkTalk Can you explain why my device was saying no Internet access when the facebok outage happened. Was only my Huawei device iPhone were fine. You say there was no issue with talk talk but something was affecting us?
