Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

@virginmedia They can relocate the router but for £150+Vat which im just not willing to foot the bill for given my speeds are so poor in a 3 bedroom property. The TalkTalk broadband i used previously carried full speeds consistently throughout the property. We joined virgin for better speeds.

@TalkTalk I have no internet access again, this is twice in less than a week. Since I’ve upgrade to 150 fibre I’ve had nothing but problems. An engineer has been to my property but obviously the problem is not resolved.
