Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

Only when you're a @TalkTalk customer do you upgrade your package and pay more for a higher broadband speed, and then the speed goes down! And when you call up to find out why you are spoken down to by a rude 'customer services' adviser... TalkTalk you need to sort it out!
