Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

I gave talktalk the option to take over my entire service after being a BT customer since the 80s - and the screwed it up. So I left it. I pay about £45
