    @TalkTalk No there haven't been any red lights, this connectivity issue is only when playing rocket league online, everything else has been regular, i tried resetting the router as well but didn't change anything.

    @TalkTalk upgraded to fibre on 13/12 had no internet since reported fault 14/12 was told was on BT priority list to fix called 15/12 was told would be fixed by 19/12 latest called 19/12 told will be fixed 20/12 so no internet for week, very poor service and lies from talktalk

    @MartinSLewis November 2017 I switched from Talk talk to Virgin. Talktalk have been billing me until Augus18 I went to CAB the adviser left and never finished what she was doing. Got Bailiff letters with bill increasing. I am very ill and this is killing me.

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply. At this point I've already started the switch to EE. First 2 calls to customer service made me realize switching was the least frustrating option. My 3rd I tried to turn off kidsafe & even that couldn't be done easily. Confirmed I made the right decision.

    Only took 7 days in London to realize @TalkTalk has the worst realibility and customer service. They have some nerve asking £40 month for broadband and phone service that barely works. Can't wait for the switchover to another provider. Ended up being less expensive too.

    @virginmedia recently switched from what I thought was the worst provider (talktalk) out there, only to find that the virgin media Wi-Fi is even worse! I phoned them, they told Me this is what I should expect and to get a range extender. I did. Thats £80 wasted! #virginmediasucks
