    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

    @TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

    @TalkTalk hello.I am no longer a Talk Talk Customer. I would like confirmation that I am no longer being charged as of 16/11. Tried calling customer service but it asks me for Talk Talk landline. Don’t want to go on chat as it took 2 hours last time and they didn’t solve my issue

    Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

    @TalkTalk You are overcharging my father-in-law - absolute joke when you can’t get in touch! Signed him on a new contract without him really understanding & now we cannot get in touch at all 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Phone lines are not open at the moment. Terrible customer service!!!!

    @TalkTalk you are the worst WiFi service provider in the entire solar system I still have had no contact from any of your customer service. As soon as my WiFi is fixed I will be terminating my contract.

    STORY TIME.. So I am self-employed 24 year old who runs a business alone. @TalkTalk had me take the day off yesterday for an engineer visit.. And the useless PRICK didn’t turn up or call to let me know he wasn’t equipped. £150 down and they are refusing to cover loss of earnings.

    Following from my last post about how bad @TalkTalk are, we are still without broadband/landline since Thursday. An engineer arrived today to say he's not the right engineer to fix problem and talktalk should have known that. Abysmal service.

    @Ofcom I subscribe to @TalkTalk for a "quote" #fibre service, I find it very unreliable, in the evening it is impossible to record a programme & watch #Netflix, the boasted speed isn't there. When are you going to do something about them!

    @TalkTalk Yes i did and after hour on the chat, i find that you made our service inactive and cannot tell me why. Great broadband provider for working from home people! Yes i will call you tomorrow but it will be to close my account! Sorry for the inconvenience my backside!

    @TalkTalk I have had no access to e mail since 10 am this morning. This happened last week too. I have missed meetings and webinars because the links are in there. I was told the server had an outage on 24th. Is this the same problem?
