@TalkTalk I connected to the test socket using the filter sent with the hub and still without Internet. Still have the Amber light flashing. Thanks for you help.

@TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

@TalkTalk Mother in laws line has been down for a week now, no updates, she had to phone you yesterday on her PAYG phone to find out if it was being fixed, cost her £13. No line until next week, her husband has terminal lung cancer and needs to be in touch with hospital :-(
