    @TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

    @TalkTalk Not really. After waiting weeks to find out talktalk isn’t available in my area after a system error, I now have to wait to cancel my subscription because of yet another system error.

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    @TalkTalk Through no fault of me. I HAVE NO INTERNET OR PHONE LINE. TALKTALK ARE CHARGING ME £50 TO PAY FOR ENGINEER TO ATTEND MY PROPERTY TOMORROW. MEANTIME I HAVE NOTHING. THIS IS WHAT I AM PAYING TALK TALK EVERY MONTH. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

    @TalkTalk my internet and phone are both down. The website links to chat to staff are inactive on your site, and unhelpful you a live test simply tells me I’m “offline”. Can you assist in fixing this?
