@prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

@TalkTalk we’re now on day five of no internet. The engineer said it was a fault with the box outside and we were promised it would be fixed on Monday. However, no engineer has been to site since Friday. Right now you are not providing a service that is fit for purpose.

@TalkTalk I did that's why I've said 1-0 to me. Horrific help from the twitter team 4 agents and had to repeat myself EVERY time. It should be 1 agent per individual case not whoever is free deals with it. Beyond ridiculous, no wonder TalkTalk customer service was voted the worst. IT IS!!
