    @TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

    @TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply. At this point I've already started the switch to EE. First 2 calls to customer service made me realize switching was the least frustrating option. My 3rd I tried to turn off kidsafe & even that couldn't be done easily. Confirmed I made the right decision.

    Only took 7 days in London to realize @TalkTalk has the worst realibility and customer service. They have some nerve asking £40 month for broadband and phone service that barely works. Can't wait for the switchover to another provider. Ended up being less expensive too.

    @TalkTalk Eventually got someone who understood the problem to turn it off. You need to get your phone operators to learn what they’re talking about. Wasted so much time on this but seems to be sorted now. Thanks for replying.

    @TalkTalk Sadly the telephone advisor never suggested that a fee would be chargeable if no fault was found. He said I have to raise a complaint with a manager when they call back and arrange an engineer to come out for a fee to which was stated (still, no manager has rang me)

    @TalkTalk Jo. The frustrating part of the issue was being I have to foot the bill for an engineer to come out to my home to resolve the technical issue. No loyalty for customers who pay good money and never call for assistance yet appear to be served a charge for needing further help

    @TalkTalk Yes, on my phone it is often slow too, and occasionally our TV loses connection. It’s been the case ever since the contract began, even after the monthly price went up (!) Do @TalkTalk engineers exist? Or is everything over the phone....

    @TalkTalk Hi. This is an ongoing problem. My housemate is the acct holder so the team won’t let me explain the problem on the phone. Last time we tried reporting the problem, we got stuck on the phone for over an hour with someone trying to tell us how to diagnose the issue. Useless.

    Disappointed with @TalkTalk service. My elderly parents have been without landline for 24 hours. They were told all incoming calls would be transferred immediately to their mobile. Nothing has been put in place, no news, no engineer called, no repair.
