@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk I’m referring to when a scammer calls I can block it using 14258 on my phone that you’ve removed, and replaced with CallSafe that stops people I know from getting through and goes to voicemail or they don’t bother. Bring back 14258 a far better service.

Been on phone to 24hrs fraud line for @Metro_Bank to fathom out! right the NEW FORMAT for Metrobank online banking c/fwd the payee lists sort +acct no WITHOUT the customer no ref for each payee. So yes money gone to @TalkTalk but drifting in their bank WITHOUT my customer number

Day four of no internet, TalkTalk don't know what the problem is and have just said wait for an engineer next week sometime (oh and they might charge us for that) and I don't even have good mobile data thanks to @giffgaff. I am horrendously bored.
