    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    Worse though, the BT engineer who I eventually managed to book on their behalf via Talk Talk's 'Customer Services' to come and repair the damage attended today, but turned out to be a #TalkTalk engineer who had come, not to repair the damaged caused by the @CityFibre engineer,2/4
