@sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to contact you regarding a fault with my YouView box. Your customer service number does not allow customers to get through direct to actually talk to somebody. I’ve given you my number for a call back and still no call back.

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

@TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

@TalkTalk Dean Burdon is the Head of Customer Service @Talkatalk according to LinkedIn... I am laying down the challenge for Dean to contact me directly as a customer of TalkTalk to resolve this as the customer service is atrocious...

@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

FINALLY MANAGED TO CANCEL @TalkTalk Took 5 days of trying and final 37 minute integration call. Had to prove I paid for the router - no records on the account. And the cancelation department confirmed that the only way of cancelling is by phoning up!! What a total scam.

@TalkTalk hello, our internet has been down intermittently every morning this week, you’ve sent an engineer round which proved it’s an external fault but the online help says it’s an in home set up issue (which it’s not) please can someone fix it!
