Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk you have the most inconsistent service out of all the ISP's its constantly jumping up and down and is never keeping a stable connection. It's as if you reel in new customers with new exciting deals and then give them a sub par service. Its disgusting

@TalkTalk Internet down again for sbout 30 mins yesterday, and twice today. Sick of online tests saying it's an issue inside my home when it clearly is not. NN15 7AT area. This is a regular occurance and it is not what I pay for!! As for trying to make a vomplaint about it ....

@TalkTalk Vincent is a real asset to the company, after 3 live chats with different people Vincent sorts my wifi at first time of me asking, I can’t thank him enough 🤝! He saved a customer going else where because if he couldn’t sort it I was going else where. 🍀

@TalkTalk It’s honestly mind boggling to me how half your customers can’t even access their own broadband that they pay monthly for and absolute none of you are aware of your service having issues. I’ve never seen a company so incompetent in my life. Are there ANY good Internet providers?
