@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@TalkTalk was on the phone for 3 hours with one of your engineers 2 weeks ago fixing broadband and land-line issues. Since then we have got 1/5 of the speed we used to so rang up again. The engineer ran a test, disconnected our Internet then left the chat. Now without Internet.

@alexbloor @TheRealRevK @M_at Openreach have a whole service for doing this - it’s what BT TV uses (and TalkTalk but I don’t know if they still use it) - it’s efficient, but BT seem to use it as an excuse not to invest in backbone capacity for regular streams
