Utterly useless service from AOL/Yahoo/TalkTalk yet again following my complaint reference the breakdown/failure of their systems. So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

@Conac02 I feel for you. When we left the UK we had unbelievable issues with @TalkTalk We have now been gone more that three months and we still haven’t had a promised refund. Complained to CEO December; still no response. Telecoms co’s are the pits.

@EnfieldTTT @TalkTalk I'll be honest, the only issues I've had is with the connection coming in and out late at night and the connection distance isn't great which means I cant install a video doorbell but they've upgraded me to fibre free of charge & they've been fantastic when I've had to contact

When asked if customer data was encrypted after a hack that affected four million customers, her response was, 'The awful truth is that I don't know' BTW her husband is a senior Tory MP.
