@TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

@TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

@UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

Just highlighting the fact that I have had an absolutely terrible service from @TalkTalk and I highly recommend to all my followers that they stay away from this company for any telephone, broadband or any other service that @TalkTalk offers and finds a better provider

@TalkTalk @AnnColley3 DM’s are dangerous. Saw one a few weeks ago asking a customer to DM with personal information it was a scam but it looked very genuine. It’s just not safe.

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@RogerMatthewman @TalkTalk That’s all they say send a DM wait days then someone else reply’s asking what the problem is after you have already told the previous person. Then they need more information to verify its you, wait a few more days absolute madness.
