I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

You keep emailing me to say I'm going to lose it unless I sign up for your expensive email service, but don't offer an option for me to say 'that's fine, shut it down.'

The operative that I spoke to did her best to sort things, phoned back at the end of her shift, and gave me her email just in case. Good job

Compare to Ireland £27,000 test and trace, works fine. expectations were "too high" of her no doubt being useful and doing a job properly, see talktalk.

James Oswald (@SirBenfro) reported@RaW_writing I don't have an account with them, never have. I had an email account with lineone, who were taken over by Tiscali, who were taken over by TalkTalk. The email address was kept going at no charge, but recently TalkTalk have said they're going to stop that.
