    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk On the day, you had a large number of people in East London including vulnerable people and key workers trying various ways to get an indication you know of a problem in the area. Your Twitter continued putting out automated posts but didn't acknowledge the problem or help us.

    @TalkTalk I will DM you AGAIN but you have to understand that I have DM’d you every bloody time this happens and I am quite frankly tired of DMing you, because you say the same thing every time and it never helps. Third world countries have more reliable wifi than talktalk. Do better.

    Hi @TalkTalk It's now officially been one whole month without WiFi... Your customer service has been terrible your complaints department is awful and we've been left jumping through hoops to get your attention to get the problem solved. Not good enough.

    @TalkTalk my partner's gran is isolating alone and is 86 years old. Her internet hasn't been working for a week and we've called the automated line but no one has got back yet. She's in the vulnerable category and we need to get her back online. Any help would be appreciated.

    @TalkTalk Many of us are working from home and rely on a stable internet connection. You are still yet to indicate what the problem was/is and it leaves a large quantity of your customers in doubt as to whether you a a suitable service provider

    @TalkTalk you need to improve your call centre. Mega! Today I called 2x to find out why you had not taken payment from my card. After 30mins of never getting an answer as to why, huge levels of background noise, incredibly bad sound on the line and being cut off twice, I gave up.

    I spent over 25 mins on the phone today trying to close my account with @TalkTalk this is after failing to get anywhere online. They even refuse to give an address to write to in order to cancel your contract, why does @ofcom let these companies get away with this. 🤔
