    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

    More terrible service from @TalkTalk this morning. Transferred to 4 separate people, none of whom can help. Still on hold. They have to be the worst telecoms company ever! 😤
