@TalkTalk After no internet, broadband or tv for 2weeks in October and glitches before then, I was told my bill would be automatically adjusted. Nov saw no adjustment, so I thought it would show in Dec. It doesn’t. I am less than happy with this service. #badservice

@TalkTalk your WiFi is awful. £26 a month and it only works in 2 rooms. 3/5 rooms have no WiFi signal and there is no option online to speak to anyone
