    @TalkTalk have the worst customer service especially to the disabled elderly. They take advantage of people and provide poor service

    @TalkTalk Not really. After waiting weeks to find out talktalk isn’t available in my area after a system error, I now have to wait to cancel my subscription because of yet another system error.

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    Finally @talktalk customer service has agreed to put her on an acceptable package and refund some money - shame about the 1.5 hour call to sort it

    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @OpenreachHelp I've just had what seemed to be a spoof call - the callers claimed to be phoning on your behalf to investigate line problems. They wanted to transfer me to an engineer who would go through diagnostics with me. I am a talktalk customer. Was this genuine?

    SICK AND TIRED OF @TalkTalk 's f***ing appalling service! desperately trying to pursue an enquiry on DM - GIVEN my account number and phone details etc. answered security q's amending when necessary . there should be NO DOUBT that they are dealing with the correct person!
