    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

    @TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

    Thanks @TalkTalk for making me late for work. Everything fine 10 minutes before shift. Switch on laptop no WiFi. Great service.

    Remote support for a friend’s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hour’s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as it’s used by scammers.

    @TalkTalk I spent all day yesterday trying to resolve a slow speed. At 2100 last night I was told I needed to contact Future Fibre. That took all day. I have a link that won't connect and still can't get any joy.

    @TalkTalk Yes, it is.We have spoken to a customer service rep who,hopefully,has sorted it. However,I am still upset that you would contact him,or anyone for that matter,at 23.45.Maybe there is a time difference from where your call centre is based but that should be taken into account.

    @TalkTalk The internet has been off and on all day. It got so slow that I couldn’t carry on giving you information. I’m in Bedminster, a South Bristol. If it’s still like it tomorrow I’m going to be really cheesed off !

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I call the given number one person took cancellation order n took notes that I vacated in June 23 only .he dint raise compliant told he will fwd to another department wasted my 2 hours putting on q , your customers service is useless n worst I'll not pay

    @TalkTalk I live in Aberdeen and my internet is down. I have a solid amber light on my router. Your helpline is closed but I work 9-5 so don’t know when I can call. I’m having to use my mobile data as a hotspot to do my overtime work. Please let me know if you are aware of the issue.
