@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

Has anyone had any problems with Cancelling TalkTalk ? They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

@TALKTALK, after much toing and froing about my failed city fibre supposedly free upgrade (not asked for, doesn't work), I receive an email saying they have made all the changes requested & new contract starts on 23rd with one-off charge of £ 120. How do I stop this madness?
