    Remote support for a friend’s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hour’s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as it’s used by scammers.

    @TalkTalk Not really. After waiting weeks to find out talktalk isn’t available in my area after a system error, I now have to wait to cancel my subscription because of yet another system error.

    @TalkTalk Many of us are working from home and rely on a stable internet connection. You are still yet to indicate what the problem was/is and it leaves a large quantity of your customers in doubt as to whether you a a suitable service provider

    @TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

    @TalkTalk This was my number 02080134547 and you gave me this number 02036431966 this has been a mess! Your BB has been on and off so i really want to go back to my old provider it will cost me more but atleast i will get the service i pay for and a company that actually values my custom

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to contact you regarding a fault with my YouView box. Your customer service number does not allow customers to get through direct to actually talk to somebody. I’ve given you my number for a call back and still no call back.

    I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk Tried messaging you because my router’s not working. Couldn’t remember my password so they sent link to change it (didn’t work) Can’t login to my account (same reason)Password change link also doesn’t recognise my landline no. Please help

    @TalkTalk I've been without internet since 1st September when you mistakingly cut me off. You were suppose to fix it 3 times now. The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

    @TalkTalk Hi Fez, it looks like this morning the internet is back and both tv and landline are working. I think it must have been a problem in the area although Talk Talk didn’t recognise it. Hopefully no more problems. Thank you.

    @TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

    @TalkTalk I would recommend to anyone not to bother going with Talktalk for their broadband as the customer service is shocking. You can only talk to someone online not a physical person and you just get fobbed off and mislead and your issue don’t get fixed

    @TalkTalk It’s an absolute joke. You ask irrelevant questions via your chat bot and then hang up telling me you’ve tested. I have had no chance to explain the problem. Worst customer service I’ve come across in years. And ‘ phoning on behalf of someone with a disability

    @TalkTalk My internet hasn’t been working since yesterday. Customer care says my account was disconnected due to a TalkTalk technical glitch, and I’m now being treated as a new customer, meaning my contract is gone and I must place a new order. Can you confirm if this is correct?
