@TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

@TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

@Ofcom I subscribe to @TalkTalk for a "quote" #fibre service, I find it very unreliable, in the evening it is impossible to record a programme & watch #Netflix, the boasted speed isn't there. When are you going to do something about them!

@OpenreachHelp Hi. I live in South London (SE25) and have had no internet since 10am today. TalkTalk say there has been a local Openreach outage which could take 48-72 hours to fix. I am working from home & cannot afford not to work for the rest of the week. Can you please help with an update?
