@TalkTalk You are overcharging my father-in-law - absolute joke when you can’t get in touch! Signed him on a new contract without him really understanding & now we cannot get in touch at all 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Phone lines are not open at the moment. Terrible customer service!!!!

Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

When you’re with @TalkTalk and they ask you to run speed tests as they can see an issue but can’t figure it out. On fibre65 with at least guaranteed speeds of 36+ ... this is what I’ve had... and they then tell me my issue is closed. Jokers! #lividcustomer #solvedmyarse

@TalkTalk Okay, an update, after speaking to ring the ‘Better Value Team’. They can’t help either. Simply saying that it was not recorded. So the Renew with one click didn’t work for me. Wonder if anyone else has had this problem. Anyway my contract ended last weekend so options open!
