    @TalkTalk You are overcharging my father-in-law - absolute joke when you can’t get in touch! Signed him on a new contract without him really understanding & now we cannot get in touch at all 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Phone lines are not open at the moment. Terrible customer service!!!!

    It’s like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m sure others have pointed it out but: Dido Harding is best known for presiding over huge data breach at TalkTalk - and now facing huge data issues at Test and Trace. IT does not seem to be a strong point.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone for over 40 mins. Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. Shouldn’t be this difficult for a customer (1)

    So over last week or so I tried switching my homephone & boradband service to Utility Warehouse...What a joke they couldn't even get the order right! Thankfully though I have gone with @TalkTalk who have been brilliant in getting the order processed! Go live 09/09/22👌

    After complaining to TALKTALK about my terrible Internet speed they said they would call me back in 24 hours to see if everything was OK, guess what 90 minutes late and counting and no call back

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup your customer service is a joke! I want confirmation that it has been cancelled within 24 hours! I've called 4 times to confirm a cancellation! The incompetence is honestly so stressful and the hold time is horrendous!!

    @TalkTalk I have contacted them 4 times now. This is unacceptable! I have even asked to make a formal complaint! You need to ask them to contact me! This is absurd asking me to contact them for a 5th time and hold again for over 1 hour!

    @TalkTalk awful sevice. Engineer came to upgrade WiFi thursday but left with WiFi not working (working fine before) supposedly returning this morning but hasn't shown up. Unable to wfh thursday/friday. This is unacceptable. When can I expect this to be sorted?
