@sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

@TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

@OpenreachHelp Hi can you DM myself please I need to raise a complaint. I'm a TalkTalk customer & expected an engineer Friday 18th February who failed to attend. I'm now told the earliest will be 8th March? How am I not being prioritised for a visit I waited in all day for?
