The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke
