    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk Don't have any connection to my TV channels 😒. Internet is working but my box can't detect any channels. Is this an issue you are aware of? Been like it for at least 10 hours now. I'm in Berkshire.

    The continuing saga of TalkTalk After 1 hour yesterday and 2.25 hours today still have no resolution! I received a letter from Talk Talk claiming I’d requested a change of provider however ‘it wasn’t too late to change my mind’! This claim is so NOT true! More to come!

    @TalkTalk Given that we live in a very ordinary mid terrace house on an extremely low density estate wkith no major environmental or technical  barriers to service, only one to three connected devices are ever in use and even then only for very basic usage

    @TalkTalk I have been ringing my elderly vulnerable mother in law's Talktalk landline and it is connecting to another number. Tried this a few times same result. Spent an hour talking to your service dept and can't send an engineer until next Tuesday! Shocking service!
