Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

I would advise anyone living in the U.K. to NEVER sign up to @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup or anything #TalkTalk related. The worst and most inept customer service I have EVER experienced and still not resolved nearly 8 months later.

@RiotBadger @TalkTalk Talk talk were so awful when we had them as a broadband provider, I wouldn't have them for free, the terrible, slow and frustrating tech support is not worth the stress.
