So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. I’m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know 🤞
