Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

Andrew West (@krypto) reported from Camberwell, EnglandRemote support for a friend’s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hour’s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as it’s used by scammers.

EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!
