Tosk (@Parttimewookiee) reported@TalkTalk my broadband speed dropped to 1mbs recently and then went up to 12mbs. Now its routinely around 12mbps compared to the 21mbps it has been at up until now. I'm on your superfast plan, but am now getting half the speed I was with Sky. Can you please help rectify this.
