@TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

@TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

@stfujahn @odekul @nolkeD @M1dKn1gh7 There’s already universal service obligations in place and market based regulated pricing at postcode level for Openreach - ofcom has done a relatively good job at keeping things in check - and when they don’t talktalk and sky have taken them to court because they suffer the most

@TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

This happened many times, each time I was put on hold for up to an hour. I was also without Iinternet for 3 months

@TalkTalk Fault reported Wednesday, texts tell me this was fixed on Friday. Wrong! A fault isn't fixed just because I can get dial-up speed, sometimes, if I am lucky. I call Customer Services and they hang up on me 4 times. Fault still there. Completely Unacceptable.

@savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk Good morning Savan. I was with TalkTalk for nearly 5 years. 1st year was OK but then it was 4 years of hell. They'd change my package without telling me. Their call centres were in India, the quality of the call to the call centres was very poor and staff worked from a script.

But bill still come at £67 (now £134) I rang. They said agent forgot to update deal so now l sign a new one but l'll still pay the £134

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My Mum in her 70s has been charged £60+ for a engineer to come out and fix what was the company’s problem as the wifi didn’t work which is why she pays for the service. Why are customers paying this? A terrible company and I’ve advised her to switch asap.

@TalkTalk Thank you, my in laws have asked for help in regards to their talk talk as their is a fault in their controller and they were promised they’d be contacted but they haven’t been! Can you contact them please they are OAPs
