@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

Seems as an April fool joke someone made the home Internet in the UK for Sky, BT, Vodafone, Virgin and TalkTalk all go down. Nationwide. Hilarious 🙄 #Internetdown
