    @TalkTalk My internet has been down since @ 4pm. I logged the problem through customer services online. When I sign up to my acct, it says the fault is being investigated. In the meantime, I have no landline service nor TV (fire stick) Iโ€™m having to use my mobile data as 1/2

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun ๐Ÿ™ƒ

    @TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which Iโ€™ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

    @TalkTalk Hi Fez, it looks like this morning the internet is back and both tv and landline are working. I think it must have been a problem in the area although Talk Talk didnโ€™t recognise it. Hopefully no more problems. Thank you.

    @TalkTalk 2/2 wifi too weak not working well. How long must I wait for proper service to be restored? Also, โ€˜health checkโ€™ seems to find no internet/broadband problem in my area! Please investigate ASAP!! Thank you.

    @irishayesha @TalkTalk Itโ€™s on them, they have to pay you ยฃ8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

    Hi, @VodafoneUK on 3 occasions I have requested chat transcript and not got the conversation only the bot chat transcript sent to me - not good enough. Please tell me I am not going to get same service as I did with TalkTalk as it only got connected today.

    Well have to say if you have a @TalkTalk broadband account then cancel. Charges up to ยฃ180 for the cancellation of the service upon the death of my mother. Other companies totally understandable given the circumstances, hardly able to understand English, good riddance to you!

    @TalkTalk Hi Sindy, Thanks so much. I got through to your team via text and they did a few tests and seemed to fix something and after one final reboot the light is no longer flashing red and WiFi is connected again. Have a lovely day.

    @TalkTalk Hi I had an email from Melissa Dube from the complaints team .With due respect, she has not applied high professional standards. She missed out one part of the complaint completely. Wouldn't like to think that was intentional but it makes my problem with TalkTalk worse.
