Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. Andrew West (@krypto) reported from Camberwell, EnglandRemote support for a friend’s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hour’s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as it’s used by scammers.

Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.
