    @TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

    Labour plan involves spending £20bn on rolling out a full fibre broadband network to all by 2020 - then providing free service to every home and business. But not clear where that leaves Virgin Media, TalkTalk etc

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo, had a read and I’m almost 100% sure we’ve tried all of these, we have had this problem for 4 months now. We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

    @TalkTalk Hi, I joined in May at which point you were meant to cancel my existing service provider BT. Every month since, I have received a bill from BT as it has not been cancelled. This is despite calling TalkTalk and being promised it will be sorted..4 times. Please advise.

    @TalkTalk Mobile log in page has reduced the maximum number of characters allowed for your account name. As a result, if your account name is longer than this you are no longer able to get into your account on your phone to report issues such as... not being able to log in on your phone.

    @TalkTalk Just spoke to customer services, my aunties phone has been down for day, she's in her 70s lives 30 minutes away from me, recently lost her partner and no-one can help me without her being present, you can't even tell me if it's an ongoing problem in the area she lives in 😤
