@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@TalkTalk Our router light is flashing orange continuously. I've tried a reset using a paperclip. I can’t connect to the router admin dashboard with an ethernet cable either. Is there possibly a fault with the router or a service issue in the Lewes area?

@TalkTalk You can’t seem to supply the internet that you promised me over the phone when I agreed to this contract and your lack of care for your customers is very clear. So just do your job and give people the internet you are charging them for. We have paid a months bill for no service.
