@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@murgatroyd_jane @TalkTalk Its talktalk customer service. Unprofessional if it cuts off they should ring back. I was on phone 2 vodafone uk. Was on hold in friends car so hit motorday so no signal. We lost conection. They kept ringing back i appreciated vodaphone professional customer service
