    Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    Despite numerous calls and messages and 11 reasurances I will have a call returned to offer a resolution . I am still waiting now four weeks and waiting for #talktalk

    @TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

    @TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

    @TalkTalk my internet is down again. Second time today. You didn’t bother responding to my first tweet hours ago. Maybe you’ll respond to this. I am so bloody sick of your crap service. I’d be better off using smoke signals to communicate.

    @TalkTalk my internet is down FOR THE THIRD TIME TODAY!!! You are absolutely the worst internet company I have ever had. I want out of my contract, as you have continually failed to provide what I pay for. Don’t know if yr incompetent or fraudulent, but either is unacceptable..

    @UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

    Well, I just had a call from the “complaints team” at TalkTalk. After a very therapeutic few minutes telling him about my treatment from the “customer service” team now and previously he has arranged an engineer to visit tomorrow and a call back after to discuss compensation.

    @TalkTalk I agreed a go live date yesterday with an agent. I later received an email stating a go live date that is two days later than the agreed one. Now I'm being told I cannot have the go live date that was initially agreed. Very poor service!
