@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@TalkTalk I’ve tried contacting via dm, but I don’t want to do another 4 hours problem diagnosis. I totally understand you can’t see a fault. There are 100’s of properties with the same symptoms and both you and @OpenreachHelp can’t seem to diagnose as yet. Lots of bb engineers logged!

Hi @TalkTalk, I’ve had my internet switched off a day early before my house move, meaning I’m not able to sort out the last few things I needed to... I specified the 29th with the agent when making the switch and low and behold, internet is gone today... #customerservice #poor

@DonJoewonSong @TalkTalk We unfortunately have them at work. The service is appalling. The "fibre" is so slow, the ticket system is by far the worst I've encountered. They closed the ticket without resolving and told me I'd have to resubmit. As soon as the contract is up they can piss off.
