@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

1 hour + on the phone to @TalkTalk to try improve my WiFi channel and it's worse than when I called. Am I going to get compensation for no WiFi due to poor technical advice? N u have the cheek to increase prices 'because people are using the internet more'. Improve your basics !
