    @TalkTalk You are the worst internet provider I have ever seen !!!! I moved a new flat and you gave me an appointment but nobody came!!!! I have not been on the internet for 2 weeks and you are not contacting me about it!!!!!!! You are the worst!

    Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

    @TalkTalk is there a problem with broadband in NW10? I can't access internet at all after following all your troubleshooting steps. Your texts says the connection is fine which is not!

    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup please help with my elderly neighbour. She’s 83 and her landline isn’t working. She’s tried contacting you via internet phone but is not receiving the assistance she requires. This is her lifeline. Please advise how I can direct her. Tried all checks CS

    @TalkTalk absolute joke of a company. Parents pay for "upgrade" to speed, instead @OpenreachHelp seem to f&ck it up. No Internet, only help is to send out a new router when we've demonstrated that is not the problem. Meaning parents are likely to be weeks without Internet.

    I know it's hardly a big deal at the moment but I'm getting so fed up with @TalkTalk #YouView boxes & their incompetent technical support. Boxes dying after a couple of months but trying to get any help is harder than bleeding stone.

    @TalkTalk left my 81 year old grandma with no phone line or internet for 10 days meaning she couldn’t use her pendant to call for help. When we tried to call they just hung up on us. Amazing service. #Disgusting #TalkTalk

    @StevJacks @TalkTalk I guess that's the 80/20 service at its core. I have that from Plusnet and although their customer service isn't all its talked up to be, the service is rock solid. The one this I can suggest is to replace their router, if you can. Supplied routers are garbage.

    @MartinSLewis have you had any dealings with talktalk? My parents are trying to get a refund & compensation but they are getting nowhere & TT keep hanging up. Any help would be great!
