Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

This is utterly ridiculous and we're more than unhappy. Someone tells the line is active and them others tell us its not.
